A fun show, with an ending that is Disappointment Incarnate
I checked out Oreimo on a whim. I wanted a lighthearted anime to watch over a short break and I had read some interesting things about Oreimo so I watched the first episode. I was charmed. The soundtrack, the fluid animation, the voice acting was great. After the third episode, I knew I was hooked.

I won't make any claims that this show is anything greater than what it is. It is a simple drama ...

    My Review on Oreimo <3
I use to watch anime casually, like 1 episode a day casual, took me 2 weeks to watch Angel Beats that's how casual I was. Until I was just sitting around doing nothing, looking for something to watch, heard about Oreimo so I decided to watch the first episode to see what I thought, I ended up watching all of season 1 in 1 day, it was the first anime that made me want to keep on watching it. After ...

  • Great Series, Ending is Hit or Miss
Oreimo is a wonderful story about a brother and sister trying to restore their long lost relationship. I personally found this series hilarious and the characters as rather enjoyable.

Some people complain about Kirino's personality, but you have to understand where she's coming from, which is explained near the end of the series unfortunately. Each character is enjoyable in their own way. The ...

90% pure gold... Did not personally enjoy the final 3 ONAs
The journey was amazing, but if you're anything like me, the destination may not be what you want. Make sure to watch the ONAs (4 after Season 1, 3 after Season 2) that aren't available here (at least at the time of writing this).

    ***SPOILERS***
As someone opposed to the concept incest (generally just accepted that it was a bad thing and never had a reason to think otherwise), this show at ...

  • This is a bad ending
At first i see that this is a great film with a unique character that they make, but after i look at the 3 extra episodes i am very annoyed at watching the end, and that's what makes me rate bad. he could have become her wife or something rather than being a normal sister again, it's make me very sad to see that ending

im sorry with the bad english i made

  • Too Frustrating to Watch
I remember hearing about this anime and thinking it sounded interesting. Other people really seemed to like it a lot. So after graduating college and getting a premium account on here to watch more anime… I added it to my queue. Well, I recently got around to watching it and I watched 5 episodes. After each one, I only found myself feeling negative and upset. To put it bluntly, I did not enjoy the ...

    Oreimo is disappointing
Kyosuke wants to rekindle his relationship with his sister kirino but as he tries to do that he soon learns that it won't be that easy, this is Oreimo's plot in a nutshell. characters that we get introduce don't have that much development and if they do it is pretty convoluted. There are times when this anime can be fun, but there are also times when it can be boring. Oreimo makes the viewer spend ...

My irritation at the characters overcomes my initial positive reaction to the show
The show seemed to have a good plot- brother and sister reconnect and begin to become closer. This is not really the case. The brother (protagonist) tries to help his sister out and is kinder to her, however, the sister is nothing but spoiled, rude, and an overall brat. I could only watch up to episode 5 before becoming fed up with her. My irritation over her actually made me stop wanting to watch ...

MUST WATCH, very funny and kawaii
very funny until the end, please if you plan on watching this entire series, after each season watch the OVAs or whatever they are called because for some reason they are not on crunchyroll and it really messes up the story as a whole. recommend this anime so much.

Pretty good, save for the ending
A lot of other reviewers have already mentioned the awful ending, so I'm not really saying anything new. I just felt like I had to vent somehow after finishing the series. I'll keep it brief.

I had a lot of fun watching Oreimo. I really grew to appreciate all of the characters, especially Kuroneko and even the bratty Kirino. The banter between Kyousuke and his friends made me laugh ...
