I really wish I didn't watch those OTHER 3 episodes...
Like most people that have given this series a 2 or 3 star rating and review, I really enjoyed the ride, just wasn't a fan of the "ending". It has likable/lovable characters, good comedy, and tells us a pretty decent story... I just really wish I didn't watch the final 3 OVAs(not on CR) to finish the series lol. But because the original ending of episode 13 just felt so lacking as far as an ending ...

My Little Sister Can't Be This Entertaining
There are certain shows that, after the final episode ends, depression washes over me as I realize that it is really over. If I hear the theme song for this particular show, those same feelings rear their heads and I am reminded of everything that I felt as if I just finished watching the show. After finishing Oreimo, I felt the same depression, knowing that I would no longer get to enjoy the ...

I have NEVER been this irrated about the way an anime has ended!
UGHH!! It was all going well and this was gonna be a 5 star rating! But the OVA...THE OVA. .. NO. NO. It just made the whole adventure POINTLESS.

A must watch, very funny, very cute, and a great story!
Overall, the show is fantastic! The jokes are all there, it is not to cheesy. There are some old fall on sister sexy situations but it goes with the show's flow, it's how it's supposed to be and not misplaced. The show is easy to watch, very funny, and doesn't have any cringe moments. Except for the ending... Just make sure you watch the ova's for season one or season 2 will not make sense. ...

I wish I never watched this...
This anime was absolutely amazing in my opinion. It's funny, witty, lot of drama, Little bit of romance and a character cast that will stay with you forever. This anime had me in nothing but tears of laughter all the way through season one and near the end of season two. During the final episodes of this anime, I felt it was the most depressing show I have ever watched (even more so than Angel ...

A gradual change that takes it from a five star series.
I watched the first season and left every episode giddy, but the giddiness faded leaving me sad in the end. There is almost nothing unlikable about the first season and early episodes of the second season. All the characters are at least reasonably likable with there own kinks, even if some of the logic is a bit strange. The art is expressive, defining every character/situation very well, and ...

The ride was great, but the destination, not so much.
I loved and enjoyed watching the anime, but the ending of season two was kinda disturbing, I'm not a big fan on incest and I'd woulda like the anime to end with Kyosuke dating one of the girls who loved him rather than him loving his sister...and marrying his sis. Also i think this show gives messed up messages to its viewers. I enjoyed the bits and pieces of incest but the ending just went to ...

An Initially Great Anime That Eventually Goes Downhill
Oreimo in Season 1 was a very well executed anime that was plainly enjoyable and provided many hours of entertainment for me personally due to its awkward but unique humor. The main character Kyousuke engages in daily conflicts with his little sister Kirino which both show a display of hostility against each other but similar to reality both love each other in the very end and happen to care for ...

After everything, this is what I think.
The thing about this anime, is that is easily misunderstood just by giving a small piece of context (such as sis-con). What people seem to miss though, is that there are pieces of morals and ethics you can gain from watching this anime. Also, Oreimo is very different, unique and current with today's age. I feel that the writers aren't trying to convey that it's suddenly okay to have an sibling ...

My Mind is Telling Me Nooooo~. But My Booo~dy... is telling me "OH C'MON".
I love family. I love the day to day moments of trying to get them to understand English, demonstrating proper verb tense and pronounciation. I love having to always having to correct obvious mistakes and solve obvious problems. But what I love the most are my siblings: a psycho jockey brother that may as well have a pair of testes in place of a brain, and a sister with a stick up somewhere I'm ...
