    Not what I expected.
I thought this would end up being one of those animes that came from an adult video game or novel, and thought there would be some forbidden relationship between the two. Thankfully it's not, It ends up being a slice of life anime where a brother and sister reconnect and bond though an eventful storyline. I thought this was a great anime, but should watch and decide for yourself.

    A review of "Oreimo"
Oreimo is something that isn't actually what it seems to be, well it is it just revolves around that concept differently than what i had expected. I was hesitant to watch this series since in a summary i read said "...Sister that collects eroge animes' about little sisters..." something like that.
Eventually i gave it a try. I said "if a 'scene' comes up i will stop watching it" (hehe i guess ...

    Oreimo is a charming anime
I wasn't expecting much when I started this anime, but once I started it I couldn't stop watching until the end. I found the characters to be very likeable and the storyline was very amusing (I did actually laugh out loud several times while watching). The siblings dealing with each other after years of clearly not getting along combined with the anime diving into the otaku subculture made this a ...

My Review For the Show "Oreimo"
Oreimo is a cute anime series. It shows how a brother and sister act. I personally liked the show. My favorite character was Kuroneko. I loved her outfits. One thing I didn't like was in fact Kirino. She seemed a little rude. Even though sisters are supposed to be like that I thought she did go a little to far sometimes to her older brother.. Because I mean he was just trying to help her and yeah ...

I should've listened to the other 1 star reviews.
If you love to see two seasons of beauty and elegance shattered in three story-ruining OVAs (or, alternatively, never get an ending) then enter at your own peril. I seriously want every minute I spent watching this back, and I wish I could pour clorox on my memories of it.

A Nice Meal with a Bitter Aftertaste
Not including episodes Season 2 13-16 (the OVAs in which you apparently have to seek out yourself, ridiculous) Oreimo has been an arguably enjoyable and good example of a slice of life, romance, drama, comedy, etc with an additional "side-theme" of incest that serves as more of a comedic effect.

It kind of crashed and burned at the end though, as you may find from the hundreds of ...

My Praises For This Series Can't Make Me This Creepy
Misconceptions conceived may alienate potential viewers from experiencing the entirety of this ridiculously comedic, slice-of-life drama known as Ore no Imouto ga Konna ni Kawaii Wake ga Nai.

When taking into consideration the lack of research done before an initial viewing of the first episode, persisting through an absurdly awkward moment led to a plethora of humorous situations while ...

Funny, enjoyable show for people who are open about anime
Season 1 of Oreimo, was really funny at times and I really had a good laugh. The relationship that Kyosuke and Kirino share was a pretty typical, brother sister relationship with a lot of arguments and such. Basically the sister hates the brother, but they try to work things out. Kirino has a problem with being addicted to anime, and has no friends to talk about it with. Kyosuke helps her and they ...
