Possibly some of the greatest characters yet disappointing
When I first started this anime I loved all the characters, the unique theme, I had a great time watching it. However in the second season some of the characters changed a little. I loved how one of them developed throughout the story and I really looked forward to their scenes but then another character just kinda ended up disappointing me. Overall the anime started great, each episode was fun to ...

    Fun and light, worth watching
It's a fun anime with good voice acting, progressing story and, most importantly, is entertaining. I feel like they circled back for the second season and revisited some ideas that they had already covered in the first season but if another season comes out I'll definitely watch it.

There Is No Way This Show Is Completely Wrong
i never had a sister before, but there's no way that this show could completely be morally wrong. it's fiction after all. personally, i understand that incest is a wrong thing, but after watching this anime, i felt a little heartbroken because both Kirino and Kyosuke could't marry. i have to give props to Kyosuke, though, for going through all those hardship and embarrassment just to prove that he ...

  • Usuniki's Review; "Good but not so great, don't waste your time."
    My Personal Rating: 7/10

I quite enjoyed this anime, What I loved the most was her passion of anime and being a mayor otaku! Many people in Japan quite don't accept people as being Otakus but she struggles her self to finally show her big passion of her hobby of what she loves to do at her free time, all thanks to her brother.

I know many people got upset when they saw the final episode but ...

    Oreimo's story is totally healthy
At first I thought Oreimo is some dirty Japanese anime that catching people's eyeballs by showing shameful scenes and sinful loves between siblings. I'm not against ecchi and stuffs like that. Actually I love them. But I don't want to waste my time on an anime that only shows echhi. It will be boring.
However, Oreimo is pretty popular on internet, it seems that most people who watched it didn't ...

    Intro:

So, I just finished Oriemo, and I can tell you that it was quite the ride for me. The show delivers a somewhat awkward context yet wraps it in such a charming scenario that you can't help smile when thinking about it. The world created in ...

The #1 Anime On Your Governments Watch List
A "honey pot" is a word used to describe efforts to catch a large group of dumb criminals in the act of, well, being dumb criminals. If Oreimo was half as clever as it wants to be, MC-kun* would have slyly inserted this into his innuendo as he went about seeking to insert himself into his imouto. Not that one can blame him, as the titular imouto is the epitome of a honey pot: a frilly, cute, ...

Was good as is, but possibly even great series!
I really did like the running of this anime! it had me addicting and I watched in in a full 2 days. I just hope an ending with Ruri or Ayase would release in OVA. I just have three things you must do before getting into this series.
    1. Make sure you watch OVA's after the first season. This is because if you start off the 2nd one, you will be entirely confused.
    2. Don't read comments ...

I really wish I didn't watch those OTHER 3 episodes...
Like most people that have given this series a 2 or 3 star rating and review, I really enjoyed the ride, just wasn't a fan of the "ending". It has likable/lovable characters, good comedy, and tells us a pretty decent story... I just really wish I didn't watch the final 3 OVAs(not on CR) to finish the series lol. But because the original ending of episode 13 just felt so lacking as far as an ending ...

Aside from the ending, a great Anime
What to expect when you're watching Oreimo?? Well, off the top of my head, expect this to be a harem-filled romantic comedy surrounding two siblings, Kyosuuke Kosaka and Kirino Kosaka. Kirino, the tsundere little sister of Kyosuuke, is a closet otaku who begins to seek advice from her big brother. The series focuses on the two siblings developing their relationship while making new friends along ...
