At first I wasn't really sure about this one...
I wasn't really sure because it was about a brother and a sister and you think like "Oh no this is gonna be about forbidden love". I was expecting something like that and I wasn't entirely sure if I should watch it and end up being uncomfortable (I come from a family with a ton of brothers). Though as the anime progressed it wasn't anything like that and ended up being really funny and not at all ...

    Really enjoyed it alot
After watching the first episode I became addicted to watching it! I love how their relationship as brother and sister improve and they really start understand each other. It's super funny, cute, and entertaining! You won't be disappointed if you watch this!

... but funny which makes it okay
I'm not a big fan of shows that are too .... but Oreimo walked a very narrow but (here) well placed line between comedy and ... Since the ... one is the younger sister, the fact that she likes the "younger sister" genre is funny rather than slightly yucky, and the rest of the show proceeds in this fashion.

  • Great Anime with Fun
This Anime was amazing. I love how there was great humor and touched a bit on the edge but kept it clean. Great story line and a tidy way to wrap it up, just can not wait to buy the blue ray so I can see the other endings, 4 others that aired

Im glad I decided to watch this.
Im not a fan of incest type anime so I approached this with caution despite the popularity. The brother sister thing never crosses the line and while Kirino's little sister eroge fetish creeps me out its refreshing to watch a series that focuses on anime fandom with the main character struggling to be accepted for her hobbies. I mean as much as I like anime and manga I dont go around telling ...

    Quirky, interesting, and funny
I ended up kind of on the fence with this series. I was a little concerned it would take a path that several other anime series of like nature have taken before it but thankfully it stayed away from the bro/sis incest stuff.

The story of this series mostly revolves around Kyosuke and his sister Kirino. Kyosuke has always wanted your typical little sister: daunting, sweet, thoughtful, caring... ...

  • Pretty much what you would expect
Eh, it's ok. There is definitely nothing that grabbed me in this anime, and I've seen this imoto-style plot in lots of manga and anime. Probably the most engaging aspect for me would be the relationship between Kirino and Kuroneko. Other than that, it's mostly fuel for fantasy.

    Both irritating and good
This series was hard for me to completely like, the problem is that its basically a sister treating her brother like crap the entire series but the brother is a great person and its great to see the things he does for his sister. There is a love interest that they leave unanswered but I guess that is common among most anime. All and all its not a horrible series but I wouldn't go out of my way to ...

Oreimo is boring, slow, annoying, and hard to follow.
I have no clue why this show has high ratings in crunchy-roll! Oreimo premise is about a sister with extreme Tsundere personality. She has all the hostilities // cold attitude // without the cuteness or warm feelings from a Tsundere.

Oreimo tried too hard to appeal to both men and women viewers. The show ultimately failed because there was no solid balance or identity within their story. ...

  • As an older bother I can relate: fun, funny, and cute
I liked this anime very much. It is very much the cute anime it was intended to be.

The story is about a young girl who loves "little sister visual novels" (boy that was a mouthful). A typical episode has the protagonist accomplishing something and everything seems to go her way but at some point goes wrong, at the end the older bother comes to save the day.

I love the ska-punk music in the ...
