    Weird plot/story/main character
I give this anime a 2 star because:

-The main character doesn't want to take ecchi picture but he still join the club. His only excuse was because the leader was forceful. Can't that get any lamer for an excuse...

-Even though he doesn't like taking panty shots which is related to being ecchi, then why is he taking daring pictures of the girls?!

  • eeeehhhhhaaaaaaaaaaa
well animated but disappointing. { Spoiler} you spend 6 episodes getting invested in the characters only to have the last focusing on "what if" story lines the other six girls, seven girls. seven different endings and they don't do the one girl I would have liked to the most.

  • Romance with a twist
Based on the dating simulation of the same name, Kazyua Maeda gets his dad's old camera and brings it to school with him. The first four episodes introduce you to the show world view and give you a few incidents that come into play later. Then each of the 8 girls gets a single episode in which he woos each of them, except for Haruka Niimi who gets two. The show gives little warning elsewise as ...

  • There are Seven (Eight) different story endings
I guess like games you can have multiple story endings, but I thought it was an interesting concept to have each of the heroines' ending stories within the anime.

The anime begins with a common storyline as you are introduced to each of the heroines (ep 1-4) which then continues into a 2-episode heroine-specific arc (ep 5-6) followed by the other 6 heroine arcs (1 per episode) (ep 7-12), which ...

  • A good show, but....
All in all, I really liked the show.

But! when I started watching it, I didn't know that it was based on a Dating Sim game, and that it explored that very premise, which made me very confused when most of the story (from my point of view) suddently got rebooted so to speak.
That was when I read some of the reviews. When I learned that Photo Kano was written, so that you would see multiple ...

    Yeah this is pretty bad.
I started up well enough having a kid who got a high quality camera from his dad so he does around taking pictures.
After a few episode it pretty much goes he gets a girl then loops around gets another while the one before didn't happen but the events of the day day did.
It's literally broken since it doesn't have any consistency in story and would've been fine if they looped the same day over ...

  • I personaly liked it
Sure it was confusing at first but once you understand it has multiple endings I was like yes finally a harem where the protaginst ends up with the female character I like. Sure its far from perfect but I like the concept and how it was executed. Some people hats this anime for the great story then ditching it to go to a new girl. But they aren't true harem lover's because its a funny cute anime ...

This was a case of bad photography
Well, what do we have here. It's PhotoKano, a series based off the dating game of the same name. The series focuses on this young boy named Kazuya Maeda who happens to be a high school student enjoying the youth of his life. Perhaps he is enjoying it too much though with that little toy of his. It's a camera and used to capture memories through its lenses. With imagination, you can discover magic ...

    Other Side of the Argument
The big thing to remember about this anime is that it's based on a visual novel. For those of you who do not know what that is, it's a video game where you interact with many characters and the conversational and situational decisions you make affect your relationships with them. OreImo, Clannad, 11eyes, School Days, and other anime like this are in the same boat.

Many of the complaints about ...

It gets better as it goes on
It starts really, really, really, outrageously slow, but you can start to get into it. The female characters are developed well and are lovable. Its defiantly an anime that grows on you after a while.
