5 Orange Afros Out Of Five
The Orange Afro makes it much better. I promise!
As silly as this anime sounds from the description, I can promise you, it is. But in a good way.
The way the two main characters (shown) interact with each other is so refreshing from all the other stuff.
    The animation is very good.
But If I were to point out one thing I liked most about this anime, it would be the character's voices. I guess ...

I'm telling you this is amazing. Look into my eyes. Are these the eyes of a liar?
    Listen well,

Start to finish, this is amazing. Incredible art style, great battles, music, animation, story, character development. You name it, this anime has it. I was hooked from the first episode and it just got better from there.

I think my only gripe with this show was the short number of episodes that really limited the amount of character development they could have pulled off. ...

    FAVARO!!! (I own Season 1)
Loved the series when I first watched it as it was airing each week. Re-watched it a few times since then, and every time is just as fun as the last ones. Not sure why CR is just now posting S1 to their site *RIGHT AS* Season 2 is currently airing brand new episodes each week. THAT kinda pisses me off though. Still, S1 is awesome and I can't get enough of yelling "FAVARO!" (for no reason at ...

"Which Way Is The Wind Blowing? To Tomorrow!"
I stumbled upon this anime by accident through Amazon Prime Video[Anime Strike in US](which has the second season of this anime by the way), and boy am I glad I did.
It is an absolute gem. The production value and quality is feature film level.
The main character is fun and light hearted, all he wants is Money, Women and Freedom(don't we all, lol).
The animation and grand scale is top notch ...

The Qualities of Bahamut: Painfully and Blandly 100% Spoiler-Free
This review is mainly about what the show has to offer without actually talking about what is in the show itself, so this comes off as bland and without color. Sue me.

    The Plot
Without spoiling literally anything, Rage of Bahamut starts out slowly, but surely builds up towards its finale. It takes its time introducing the characters and building reasons for everything being there. ...

  • HOW is this NOT more POPULAR?
Seriously, this show is a masterpiece. From compelling characters to engaging environments, this show is thoroughly enjoyable from start to finish. I'm honestly surprised it isn't more popular, so this is me telling you to do yourself a favor:
    watch the dang thing already.

  • I'm surprised this masterpiece is not insanely popular
I'm surprised this masterpiece is not insanely popular. It is a masterpiece, watch it.... and then watch the sequel.

  • What Adventure Should Be
It's a straight up adventure. The pacing and story doesn't need upskirt shots, big boobs, and harems to keep the viewer interested. Lot's of action, a simple story premise, and likable characters.
The "hero" is a perfect anti-hero archetype and the show doesn't brow beat you with exposition and lengthy flash backs. Everything that happens is necessary to advance the plot and develop the ...

  • Rage of Baka-Mutt: It's not like I WANT to save the world...
Reviewed after all 12 episodes. I don't want to sound like a gushing fanboy, so I'm subtracting one star to make this review more credible. The other reviews do enough to praise this memorable series already. This isn't part of a large or famous franchise, so the only reason you will watch this is by chance (or if you got hooked on the opening sequence of the first episode).

    Shockingly, my ...

    well worth the watch
Very colorful, detailed world with an well told story. Engaging characters and a well thought out world for which the story to take place. Not your sterotypical male leads which may be good or bad depending on your likes and dislikes.

The ending is pretty obvious, so it becomes a "how to we get there story more than a where is this story going?" plot.

Visually, a colorful world that ...
