Kind of bland. Basically what you expect is what you get.
    Written as of episode 1.

So it's another online romance story. I like that twist on the genre is the gender reversal. In the game and especially with the MC IRL. It's not just another 20 something NEET with no real life experience but someone who chose it after becoming tired of the world.

I don't like how they fell into the same old traps of the genre though. Nothing really stood out ...

Another gaming anime from a different perspective
    updated at 6

This is shaping up to be an interesting show that will be exploring everything from personal/social issues and romance, to game culture from the perspective of a players view. Taking place in both reality and in as game playtime, we get to see different aspects of peoples reactions, and how much manages to make it past their mental filters to the screen. In the first episode they ...

The story of a self-described female NEET who starts an online male character to play
in an online game' and thus hangs Morioka Moriko's tale. In the first sequence, she throws away some white roses, signifying the death of a relationship in which she's seen as virginal, which she later confirms. She also quit her corporate job. You can predict that the "girlfriend" that he/she meets online is actually a male that she later meets at a convenience store. It's a new twist on an ...

a really neat take on a classic theme
    Updated to episode 5.

"Damn, there are couples everywhere just 'cause it's Christmas Eve. I must retreat at once... or I'll die." - Morioka Moriko, a really neat lady.

To say this light-hearted anime about a 30yo NEET mmo junkie shut-in resonates with me, a 24yo NEET mmo junkie shut-in, understates the experience of this glorious anime immensely. If you've ever played an MMO, had online ...

    Cuter than SAO!!!!!!
This anime is so cute and way better than SAO imo. I can actually relate to a lot of the references, except for the quitting life to play a game part. I can't wait to see the upcoming episodes to see how it progresses.

I really hope this anime becomes successful!

MMO Junky? More like Rushed Junkie
The perspective in this anime was horrible, very predictable, and forced. Of course she was going to run into the pink haired girl (guy) in the store, because why wouldn't she?Why did she want to get her a rose there is no reason for them to feel that way, I mean you hanged out, she healed you and shes cute but really? Why show people why they're falling in love when you can just rush it and get ...

It is a start to something interesting
Man, the first episode was a little rocky in the beginning but it leveled out later on. Now, it only has one episode so far but it seems to be headed in the right direction of being a possible low key popular anime. I will, however, review again when more episodes are released I would say at the fifth one. In my honest opinion I wish the animation was a little more I don't know sharper? I can't ...

The surprise diamond in the rough
With male NEETs who suddenly have some kind of adventure populating the best-seller charts as a means of trying to remind the youth of Japan that reality isn't so bad, an unmarried former professional woman at thirty is an unusual choice for a protagonist, even if the ugly side of Japan's inequality towards the sexes comes bubbling to the surface every now and again because of it.
    In most animes ...

    Ehh so far pretty boring
First anime review and don't plan on going in depth about it. My dislikes out way the likes for this one. Art style seems a bit odd with coloring on faces at times, characters are a bit boring, and the voice acting seems a bit disappointing. Overall I don't plan on finishing it.
