One of the greatest rides in anime until the fall
Like my title implies the Peach Fit phenomena has been one of the greatest rides in all of anime right up in until the fall with Zuruckspulen. With all the scathing reviews out there you don't need me giving you an earful that the animations are bad (some of the worst in modern anime). Peach Fit went from some of the best animations in the industry with the 2007 version then defaulted to drawn ...

    The Rozen Maiden Down
Like I said in one of my other reviews when this series Zuruckspulen came out my heart sank. The original Rozen Maiden anime reached out to so many of us and achieved so much and when above and beyond in story and animations.
I've been hearing so many arguments and read so many reviews and I've seen some good points while others just talk in circles (Those who blindly support Zuruckspulen). ...

It Could Have Been So Much Better
I have to admit, it's been a while since I watched the original Rozen Maiden. Long enough so that I don't recall if I watched Träumend or not. But I think I recall that I liked it well enough.

That being said, the focus of this season/series definitely diverges from the dolls and the Alice Game to focus on Jun in his adult life. Which, if taken with a grain of salt and treated as a side ...

    I watch with wounded eyes
When the Original Rozen Maiden first appeared back in 2007 I thought there was no way I would be all about an anime with creepy porcelain dolls. Animes of war and last minute heroes like Code Geass, Full Metal Alchemist and Black Lagoon were always my speed. But an anime about living toys caught my intrigue so I did take a look. Was real glad I got to episode 3 of the original and saw Suigintou. ...

This is Rozen Maiden not Emo for Lolly emos
Hey guys I had to come on here when I noticed crunchy and the weeboos were playing up this pile of Junk (no suigintou puns intended). I've been reading some of these bad 5 and 4 star reviews. Some have points some really don't. Like the guy that came on here and wrote the "Rozen Maiden Rebooted" review.
Okay I gotta chime in cause the article wasn't informative once I managed to figure out what ...

The beginning of the end.....of this franchise.
First let me begin by saying what a ghastly and horribly conceived anime this was. The loli opening gave me chills and not the inspirational chills either, but the creepy vibe kind I also got the same vibe because Hina was the source of their exploitation as if to say that the whole of the anime is centered around her and that just struck me as so wrong in many many ways, and next on the list was ...

This was not what Rozen Maiden was about!!!!
I've been watching this series with incredible disdain. I'm hearing too many people banter on about how this anime is better than the old cause its "proper to the manga" the manga was bland and badly drawn. the visual and story updates made in Original Anime were phenomenal and made it worthy of an anime that attracted fans alien to the girly girl genre with stronger Maidens and better battles and ...

A glimpse of Alice then a glimpse of despair
as the title implies the Rozen Maiden franchise has been a glimpse of Alice then a glimpse of despair. The original Rozen Maiden series really was a Glimpse of Alice. it was a stunning update in story and animations from the manga. But this release of Zurukspulen has been complete glimpse of despair!
This anime is true to the manga... this anime is true to the manga...

The history of success and failure
I've been a great fan of Rozen Maiden since its anime debut in 2007. It was truly an anime that reached out and touched so many around the world. But this release of the Zuruckspulen series has sparked disaster for Rozen Maiden and all the success it bore upon its originals release.
I've heard so many applaud Zuruckspulen for sticking to the manga in story and animations and slap the old for its ...

Evolve or die, move or be static
I must that that even though the original Rozen Maiden was not done to the look of the manga the problem with the manga was that it couldn't translate properly from manga to anime even with the brilliant CGI effects in the series. And may I say the CGI in Zuruckspulen was indeed brilliant I wanted that CGI in the original (and they could have done it). But the unfortunately the character drawings ...
