That's not a mo-ped, it's a scooter. Mo-peds are bicycles with motors attached. The word "mo-ped" is just a contraction of the words "motor" and "pedal" to indicate the two ways you can power the bike.

I don't understand this anime. Are they powerful because of stones or something? Also they could have made that guy an awesome character but they kinda ruined that idea with the storylin. My opinon. No offence to others.
