  • Saga of the Nazi Loli
In this military and world war-esque anime, a Nazi Loli is faced with the force of Being X, who wants her to have faith in this so called God. Being an atheist, throughout the series she holds a strong grudge against him and refuses to comply, and in turn gets tossed into multiple situations by him where she has the lower hand in order to have her develop a sense of faith. Fantastic animation with ...

  • Entertained and orginal anime - World War
This is a great piece of work, based on world war one I think, has a very original plot with a lot of action scenes and a philosophical and psychological conflict of the character. Very good animation, music and effects, each episode makes you want to watch the next one, can’t wait for the next season!!!!

  • Simply The Best Anime Ever
This is one of the best anime ever. I am so looking forward to the film and hopefully a second season as well. Tanya The Evil has become one of my favorite anime's of all time. I am currently reading the first novel and loving it. I read the manga vol 1 as well.

  • The most amazing anime ever
The anime have left some part of the manga or LT out, but the way they used the characters and plot is extremely nicely executed. I love the way they portrayed the main characters and her/he personality, the Evil and manipulate other characters with her innocent eyes.

  • A great show! A real evil hero!
Wow! Now this is a very good show!
A tough business man is about to die and faces a being that asks him about his faith. After a strong wit exchange, the man refuses to recognize the being as God and is reincarnated in a different universe as a young girl, Tanya, who will soon become one of the scariest strategist and magical soldier in a new world war.
The war is actually pretty similar to the ...

  • Reincarnation Frustration.
A violent philosophical war drama about the futility of.. we’ll.. everything! I wouldn’t mind a follow up to this saga but I’m not certain that it actually has anything else more to say. The world building and lore is top notch and most of the battle sequences are harrowing to behold.

  • Really Fun Anime to Watch
Definitely a unique anime, it wasn't at all what I was expecting. The story takes place in an alternate universe during their first world war where our cold, calculating, and devious protagonist Tanya is fighting for "The Empire" using guns and magic. Without getting into spoilers or backstory; The Empire is fighting a war on three fronts with neighboring countries, and Tanya along with a ...

  • One of my favourites and can't wait for more
For my tastes, this was just up my alley and was even recommended to a few friends who also loved it. Lots of action war scenes which I want to see more of and less dramatic love circles that end up driving the plot and this show had none of that. If you can't get past the loli who is one of the most powerful beings in the show then this isn't for you, it solely follows Tanya and her journey to ...

  • Disturbing heroine/hero
I approached this series with lots of reserve, mainly because of the appearance of the main protagonist. Surprisingly my worries were unsubstantiated. I loved her facial expressions, artists did a lot of good work animating her eyes and mouth. She could almost convey anything just with her mesmerizing eyes. Also depicted war plans and deceitful plots reminded me a bit of Code Geass.
    Now I can't ...
