    ahhh yeah saint seiya
its like saint seiya meets harry potter. i like it! it starts of slow but it picks up quickly. i was a big saint seiya fan as a kid. I watched the spanish version. i was concerned with the new series looking to "kiddish" if u will, but the story is good. the elements of the old saint seiya are their so its all good. I do wish there was more blood. There can never be enough blood when characters ...

Too much of everything, lack in texture.
First of all, don't want to overly comment on the artwork & anime style, as this can be a very preferential opinion. But personally, I don't really like the clothes' design in general, every suits have too much going on, way too flashy and losing the elegance from the original series and from the Lost Canvas series.

In terms of the story development, I can see how the storyline trying to create ...

Omega Dosn't Hold a Candle to The Lost Canvas
I had recently finished Saint Seiya The Lost Canvas on Crunchyroll. The ending was quite the cliffhanger and wanted to know what happens. This will not answer any of my questions. This is not what I wanted. It was hard enough to get pas the animation style. This is horrible. I think I'll just try to download the original Saint Seiya. Since it's not offered on Crunchyroll and it seems it went over ...

Good for mindless laughs or white noise...
This anime is, without a doubt, one of the most poorly written I have ever watched. This anime is a kaleidoscope of 1-dimensional characters, inept/lazy plotting, horrid pacing, and regurgitative action. The way they "grow" in their powers is a one trick pony, doing the exact same moves, saying the exact same lines, literally, over, and over, and over, and over again for each, let me spell it, ...

its a great show ,i like it
Yes i admit its good overall but there had to be some down parts, like whenever they put on their armor it takes ages man, yes we know what they look like u don't have to zoom in with detail at least do it when the armors look good, another one is the plot of things,so bassically they find an enemy, they get beaten up,they have a flashback that gives them the strength to do anything, they burn their ...

It's okay...but not as good as Sailor moon.
The anime itself is okay. The characters are interesting and the music is good. The only thing is (though it was made first) this anime is like a male version of sailor moon. Random (insert gender) jumping around in the same costume and beating up bad guys. It is a gender segregated version of power rangers. Wow. Not only is the anime like a ballet with punching, it also has no cute things ...

    Athena's Next Generation Has Arrived
First of all I am a huge fan of the originally Saint Seiya anime and manga it really received the exposure it deserved in the U.S, which truely is a travesty. This franchise is full a lot of depth and for the most part continuity that connects 2 realities. Seiya(Pegasus Saiya) as all fans of the franchise know is a saint(a warrior who fights to protect Athena and the world from evil with the super ...

    Hatano craps on Seiya
If you like this, then fine, you're entitled to your horrible opinions.

Here's a few reasons why I think Omega falls short:
    1. Horrible animation. Is it just me, or are the illustrators of Omega super lazy. Cloths no longer look like armor, instead they are more like tights that the characters slip on. They seriously look like poorly done Halloween costumes. I understand they are doing a new ...

    Tried to like it... failed
I'm a huge fan of the original Saint Seiya series, so I was very happy that theres a continuation and really tried to watch it. But no, just no. This series comes short in every aspect in comparison of the original, it's obviously just a purely commercial product trying to profit from the success of the original. It's completely empty and doesn't get the essence from the original even a little ...

    FOR A SPIN-OFF SERIES:
No spin-off will ever compare to the original and classic series. But, i gotta admit that out of the two spin-off Saint Seiya has; it is this one that is more catchy than the other one. With Lost Canvas they had "strong" saint but its story and style was so boring. I felt as if i was watching a Naruto filler episode each time. While in Omega, even though its drawing style is not the best, it has ...
