Loved it - sweet and funny - looks like a keeper
Very sweet and made me laugh out loud.

Nice animation, rich colours and good perspective, "I loved the detail in the town"
The dynamic between the older residents was nicely handled and should make for fine comedy in future episodes.

I have high hopes and recommend you give it a try ;-)

    "ANOTHER PRINCESS SHOW?!?!!"
Alright, you know the routine by now. We were settling in, with bowls of food in hand, looking for something to watch while waiting for new episodes of our regular shows to air. As usual, we look to see what was recently added to Crunchyroll.

"Hmm" I ponder. "What's Sakura Quest? I hope there's adventures and you know, quests"
"I see a castle, and there's a bunch of women on the cover ...

    The show is GREAT!!!
So far so good. You have old people who are actually old looking. You know where they look like they're in their 20s but are supposed to be 50+ years old. The interaction between them works well.

So far the MC is relatable. Were not in elementary school age here and no one has tripped and grabbed anyones boobs yet. Thank God for the temporary reprieve. Even if it's only 1 episode in I ...

    Really good so far!!
I'm usually wary of anime with primarily female main charaters, as they're often just fan service, but this is not that! The first two episodes of Sakura Quest have been really good, wholesome, slice-of-life type anime. I think if you enjoyed Barakamon, you'll definitely enjoy this!

The 5 main characters are all distinct and believable, really well written. I'm glad I gave this ...

    Grounded and Relatable
I am really enjoying Sakura Quest. It has a cast of characters trying to find a place in the world in spite of things just not turning out as expected. This show is so much more grounded than most anime and I really like the tone it sets.

Every character seems fully realized, even the side characters. Our main cast all seem to have trajectories that make sense and a clear setup for ...

It's not where you live it's the people with whom you live.
Yosho Koharu can't find a job in the city of Tokyo she gets an, an accidental offer of being temporary Queen in a small rural town of Monoyama where she had actually worked as a child in the same position. She finds the people of the town to be uninterested in the future of the town, believing that it has no potential. She falls in love with the town and 4 close friends she meets there...and ...

  • A Great Anime to Watch
There's so much that can be said about Sakura Quest. It's a really great show that is enjoyable to watch. The main character is definitely relatable. I live in a fairly small town and know people like her who want to leave the town to live in the city, myself included. She also has a sense of honesty about her. Not like she's straightforward, but that she doesn't know how to lie, like she'll tell ...

Feels like I should like it more.
I feel like I should love this anime but just can't seem to get absorbed by it. It has beautiful artwork and lovely voice acting and the premise of the show is adorable. I feel like I might need to be in a different kind of mood to fully enjoy the anime for what it deserves. I shall test that one when I am going through a better time and will comment.

    Slow-paced and somewhat Dull
An out of work girl is mistakenly hired by the tourism department of a town to help promote it, and decides to stay while getting to know people and quickly making four other friends including a blogger, a girl who loves UMAs, and an small-theater actress. They try to revitalize the town through various means.

However, it's a very dry and dull. It seems like there is this trend in recent ...
