Samurai Flamenco has a Promising start
The animation quality is top-notch, the character designs are flawless and the dialogues are natural flowing.
Episode 1 was very enjoyable for me, this anime has a promising start; the first episode set an overall tone; "If you want to accomplish something, you have to get out there and do it" sort of message and tackled some social issues such as the issue of high school delinquents.

Fun with a Great Sense of Humor
I dislike writing a review just one episode into this show but it deserves all the praise it can get. Its profile is low but it's absolutely one of the stronger new series of Fall 2013. The animation is terrific, but the characters here are what will really pull you in. It's also got a great sense of humor that keeps it fun and light where it could get overly dramatic.

    Can't wait for more!
The first episode was great, it really sucked me in, and i believe that it has the potential to keep that pace. This show seems like it can go one of two ways, Masayoshi can either become a well known local hero, or he can keep getting himself into bad situations that Goto has to get him out of. Either way, I'm invested and cannot wait to see where it goes.

    Based on first three episodes
This is a fantastic anime. It's funny, clever, and even moving at times. I eagerly anticipate each episode and wonder what will happen. The characters are all interesting and not one-dimensional. I highly recommend this anime so far.

    Give this show a chance
After watching the preview and the first episode I would have given the show 3 stars. After watching episode 3 I had to come back and give Samurai Flamenco its 5 stars. Its a much better show than you're lead to believe from the beginning. The character development is exceptional and the twists are just entertaining. Don't expect your standard shonin manga here. Samurai Flamenco is very deep ...

    SAMURAI FLAMENCO!!!!!
Although I originally skipped this anime based on the front cover, I'm glad I got around to watching it. Goto and Masayoshi are a good match for this anime. They have complimenting traits. Even Mari is a good addition, hopefully she matures though. Not a huge fan of Red Axe. The quality of anime is really high. Music, storyline, and artwork is fluid and comical. I highly recommend watching this.

Where it was and where its going...
    This show started off fantastic!

The first few episodes explore a unique twist on super heroes in modern day settings. Saving the day from the smallest of crimes, and a hero who follows every rule there is.

Then this show attempted to pull a Gurren Lagan; and it just ruined the building blocks of the initial release. I was/am disappointed with where this has gone (Originally gave the show ...

Character driven story about a wannabe hero? Count me in
Recently, Zack Snyder tried to take the most idealistic superhero and put him into a realistic world. This show has a realistic world that also has an idealistic "superhero". The idea is certainly clever. An average nineteen-year-old tries to be just like his heroes by taking down petty criminals. It's more about the characters than it is about the actual superhero aspect. We get to see how our ...

    Why isn't this more popular?
All you need to know is that this is pretty much an Anime version of Kickass and is drawn very well. The same premise is there--a young man, Masayoshi Hazama, decides to live his dream of being a superhero, and struggles with the reality of the situation.

What makes this show different is that our hero Hazama is accompanied by an ensemble cast cast of colorful characters following their ...

    BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM
Mind=Blown while watching this anime, note that this comment was created during "the flip". I thought I knew where this anime was going, nope. Complete 180, no idea what to say, I dont want to give too much away, but seriously this anime blew my mind.
Filled with action, I feel like they might have hinted towards some more drama/romance episodes in the future, and has little comedy. This anime ...
