    Surprisingly Well Written
Sports anime usually doesn't flow this well, and the commentary usually dumps info until you can't tolerate it any more.

Scorching Ping Pong Girls is very different. Ping Pong, also known as Table Tennis, does little to hold my attention. But the action sequences and character commentary in this anime make me interested.

It helps that the character design is adorable and the ...

    Saki for Ping Pong Fans!
So this is my first review here and I felt this series was worthy of once since it's that good!

So as for the story, it's your typical transfer student doing great things but there is a catch as she's more shy than most.
The characters are quite bright and the series lends to a more cutsy style than most sports anime which tend to be more realistic in their look.
So you might be here to know ...

    Can't stop, won't stop.
Took a shot at this anime and so far i'm pretty hooked. I don't know why, but the show puts me in a trance. I always have to know what's going to happen next. Has thoroughly pulled me in, would recommend to just about any anime fan. if you're unsure like I was, trust me and take a leap of faith. It'll have you enveloped by at least the end of the second episode.

    This series is scorching!
Wow this series is super fun to watch. A high quality moe anime but also a well paced sports club anime. First thing that strikes me is the character designs... each girl has a very distinct hairstyle symbolic of their personalities. (ie Koyori's looks like she's a puppy dog).

The pacing is great with sometimes multiple matches in each episode. And the soundtrack is exceptionally good at ...

It makes your heart race!! Beam, Beam!
This show surprised me on all levels. Middle school girls playing Ping Pong couldn't be any more fun. Anime makes sports great, but this show had lovely characters I could get behind and a light hearted atmosphere. Hoping for S2 and license later so I can add this to my shelf.

I've watched many sports anime and I honestly can't say I'd add them to my collection, but this I have to have. I love ...

Super Cutesy Anime that happens to have Ping Pong.
If you like Super Cutsey everything absolutely must be Kawaii or Moe anime, you'll prolly like this. Personally I wanted more substance and Ping Pong. While I didn't expect something like Haikyu out of this it was just long stretches of characters playing out every cutesy trope in the book and the short Ping Pong matches that never really went very in depth of lasted long.

    I felt like the ...

Great sports anime that's worth the watch
So I picked this anime up, not thinking much, but it did impress me in certain ways. It stuck to the main focus, that being the sport of table tennis, and never got side tracked with other focuses that sports anime often do. For example fan-service was never really used at all, maybe in very very small portions throughout, but nothing that made things weird or awkward when watching.

    One problem ...

Enjoy lolis sweating as they pound each other on the table
I gotta say this show surprisingly grew on me. The episodes seemed to take for freaking ever at first. And then I realized that's actually a good thing. For once, this is a sports anime where every event doesn't take at least one episode. Of course it's still early on in the series so that could potentially change, but so far this show is exceeding my expectations. Some of the characters (blondie) ...

Table Tennis Take-down! (or: Paddle Me, Senpai!)
Who would have thought that it would be ping pong that finally made me interested in a sports anime? Forget about all those other boring sports--ping pong is suddenly where it's at! The girls of the Suzumegahara Table Tennis Club are both friends and competitors, leaning on each other for support even as they learn from playing against one another. There are the hurt feelings and ...
