    Surprisingly Well Written
Sports anime usually doesn't flow this well, and the commentary usually dumps info until you can't tolerate it any more.

Scorching Ping Pong Girls is very different. Ping Pong, also known as Table Tennis, does little to hold my attention. But the action sequences and character commentary in this anime make me interested.

It helps that the character design is adorable and the ...

    Saki for Ping Pong Fans!
So this is my first review here and I felt this series was worthy of once since it's that good!

So as for the story, it's your typical transfer student doing great things but there is a catch as she's more shy than most.
The characters are quite bright and the series lends to a more cutsy style than most sports anime which tend to be more realistic in their look.
So you might be here to know ...

    Can't stop, won't stop.
Took a shot at this anime and so far i'm pretty hooked. I don't know why, but the show puts me in a trance. I always have to know what's going to happen next. Has thoroughly pulled me in, would recommend to just about any anime fan. if you're unsure like I was, trust me and take a leap of faith. It'll have you enveloped by at least the end of the second episode.

This Anime was my first Sports anime.....Couldn't have been a better choice. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
This Anime is so much fun to watch and it is extremely hilarious. I Literally never thought a Moe ping pong anime would interest and entertain me as much as it did. Also Great OP and the only reason i say 4 out of 5 stars is because the ending was a bit empty to me, but that my opinion. Beyond solid anime. Would recommend it also BEAM BEAM MY HEART IS RACING

Super Cutesy Anime that happens to have Ping Pong.
If you like Super Cutsey everything absolutely must be Kawaii or Moe anime, you'll prolly like this. Personally I wanted more substance and Ping Pong. While I didn't expect something like Haikyu out of this it was just long stretches of characters playing out every cutesy trope in the book and the short Ping Pong matches that never really went very in depth of lasted long.

    I felt like the ...

It's fun enough on it's own... the moe also helps
Let me start off by saying I don't like sports anime. Let me also start by saying moe on its own isn't enough to carry a show for me, and I've dropped many moe type shows that tried to sell itself mainly on that premise. That said however, this show, for some reason, just made me keep watching, episode after episode. The animation is nice, the characters are cool, and even though they of course ...

  • More cool than scorching
Has an interesting first episode with Agari and setting up the premise. The sports action is cool, it does not drag it out or go over the top. But it will still feel slow since the first season (hopefully there's a second) covers only a practice match with another school. The music is surprisingly good. The girls are very likable, while it still has certain cliches you might get attached to their ...

  • light hearted moe ping pong
To be honest, I enjoyed Scorching Ping Pong girls more than I thought I would. It's basically about a couple students who all like to play, but they each have different reasons why. It uses a moe art style so it's got the "cute girls doing cute things" vibe. The art leaves more to be desired at times, but I was able to overlook it mostly because I enjoyed the sport, characters, and story. this is ...

  • Exciting Yuri Ping Pong
This series is short and sweet. The characters are all very interesting. The ping pong matches are super exciting, partially due the characters themselves, but also because of the excellent upbeat electronic music. I'm definitely downloading the ost. The subtle and not-so-subtle yuri references throughout the series also makes for some good comedy.

    This series is scorching!
Wow this series is super fun to watch. A high quality moe anime but also a well paced sports club anime. First thing that strikes me is the character designs... each girl has a very distinct hairstyle symbolic of their personalities. (ie Koyori's looks like she's a puppy dog).

The pacing is great with sometimes multiple matches in each episode. And the soundtrack is exceptionally good at ...
