Formula 17 is the story of Tien, a 17 year old boy who moves to Taipei in the summer in search of true love. After a bad date with an internet friend, he ends up in a night club where he meets Bai. He develops feelings towards Bai, who only seems a cold-hearted playboy, but in fact has deep emotional problems.
