Summary
A female superhero born with a curse to save the world. Perla was pre-chosen to be a saviour when she was she was still young. She was struck by lightning which gave her the ability to conjure electricity. During the third strike, she became Volta. Her mission, to stop the evil Celphora from controlling people through cellphones.

Another pinoy superhero. It's just awesome, pinoys need more superhero characters. Volta's a great character. The movie's good, some of the copied elements from other film's NOT COOL!! so as her outfit, she looks like a villain in the dark
