  • Funny, lovable, and everything you want from a slice of life anime!
This is slice-of-life at it's best! Every character is funny and engaging. Art work is good and the music is really catchy. This is a REALLY well written anime, you become very invested in each character as the story progresses. The ending was satisfying while leaving you hoping for a second season, which isn't an easy thing to pull off. I'd be willing to get this on bluray/dvd if it came out ...

  • Servant x Service: A great comedy
You may have been put off by Servant x Service's premise: a comedy/slice of life show following the daily lives of civil servants. As anyone who has been to the DMV can attest, civil servants aren't the most lively bunch (no offense civil servants). Rest assured that Servant x Service is not the anime equivalent of getting your license renewed.

Many people, including myself, will compare ...

  • Surprisingly Awesome
I feel like it's hit-or-miss with the "Slice of Life" anime genre. This one is definitely a hit! -- you can't help but love Lucy's character! Not to mention it has a great opening/ending theme songs/art. I love the dynamic personalities and relationships of all the co-workers and I'm looking forward to re-watching it.

  • Great change to have a slice of life show that is based on a work environment
I loved every episode, I just wish there was more. It is a great change to have a slice of life show that is based on a work environment. The characters were great and if you have ever worked in a similar office then you can relate to one of them and see your coworkers in all the other characters. =D

  • Simple Slice of Life Show, Yet a Great Show
This is another one of those slice of life anime shows that has the idea of having a story based on the life of an employee working. We have seen this before (Working - a bunch of teen employees working in a restaurant business). But instead we have young adults working in a government office building.

Now the plot seems a little too simple when you think about; Young adults working. That is ...

Give it a chance, you will not regret it!
You rarely get to watch something based around adults and more adult point of views touching on adult problems. You see this pulled off well even less rarely.
I LOVED the way they made this happen! This show is sheer brilliance, and I will definately watch it again, most likely again, and maybe even again after that!

    Servant x Service review
Working is no easy task. In fact, getting by every single day with a job is something we all want especially in today's world of recession. With the current economy era, it's best to work hard and keep up with your job hoping you don't hear the two forbidden words known as 'you're fired!' For three certain newcomers, they've become new employees at a Health and Welfare Department of a certain ...
