Bane13, are you crazy? The 3 old men are brilliant! Stuff like Blue Seed or Gundam is brilliant but a world with no place for humour would be even more depressing than Shangri-la's . Love that Kuniko's playing Silver Screen, LOL.
damn it this anime has so many loos ends: theres all kid of organisations comming out... but the switch from commidy to military talk is annoying as hell
It's true, the inappropriate comedy relief in dramatic/explanatory moments ruins the feeling. Also, with the great animation of the eyes the emotive edge is missing which is a big loss. The 3 idiots are extraneous and wasteful. Sigh.
Comical dialogues that make the more dramatic parts look silly. Gonzo has to look at this in future animes. Kuniko looks like she is feeling sad and wants change, but her crossdressing comrades seem less involved/do not fit into the story
