I'd say it was late the whole time, there's even a black screen period at the end but before the ending credits, which is cut off by a time card for the next episode and I assume visuals from the next episode. Somebody needs to get to work.

Episode 5 and 6 have the sound way off with the video. If episode 7 is like that I'm just done trying to watch this awesome anime.
