new My Home page
i added a new My Home page ( http://www.crunchyroll.com/home ) to show your latest updates...theres a buddy list thingie that shows your Favorite Buddies' online status and away messages, and you can set your status message easily from there.

your name link at the top right now goes to that page, instead of your Account Settings page. in the future, the Account Settings stuff will be more for admin-type stuff, like account preferences, privacy settings, changing your email/pw, and (maybe still keep) editing your profile. hopefully it doesnt throw people off!

Online status
you guys probably have noticed the Online/Offline status thingie. you are considered "online" if you visited crunchyroll within the last 15 min. you'll automatically be offline after 15 of not visiting crunchyroll.

you can also add a status message (like a short away msg, or what you are doing right now, etc). just go to your profile page to set it, its near the top of the page!

oh also, another important request:
a lot of ppl have asked about invisible/ghost setting, so you can keep your privacy =) i'll work on adding that in sometime next week. i hope you guys like this new feature!

Edit: the invisibility thing has been added, u can find it on your Account Settings page!

iam so dissappointed in this web now . it was such a let down after everything changed esp the layout it's far beyond imagination. everything went bad. actually i was checking out every episode of anime iam catching on this web. but after things changed the episode were much much slower update then before. i jumped to another web , sry but iam just stating the facts

The improvement took some getting used to but its better than how it was before. Nothing slowed down for me. I like it. keep up to good work shinji

I like the idea for the tabs a lot but i still find the homepage unapealling. To be honest i was going to go to veoh after you first revised the website because crunchyroll was just as confusing as they were, but now veoh got worse, only allowing 5 min videos. So i will stay, and i like the tabs but please change the layout of the hompage...add some color or a picture or somthing!

the forum search is like hot sex......

I've gotten used to it, but honestly I think it was better before. Might not be as efficient but it look original

the homepage is ok but the only thing thats useful on there is the crunchy news....i constantly have to go back to the old cr homepage.....veoh is just like youtube and dailymotion, it did provide anime that CR couldnt put up. CR is the main site for anime fans, but its not perfect....Thanks shinji for everything ur doing keep it up

I think its bout' the same as the old one No BIG difference, Still Rocks though~ and now, that's a fact
