I think its because Microsoft is too lazy to compile half their programs to x64 bit. Its not bad nowdays, they've fixed that.. but it requires a reinstall which isn't worth it over something that small.

MS paint missing .dl files due to I'm running WinXP x64 edition. I ended up downloading Paint.net which is basically paint but has layers and stuff. (good for most stuff)

Yea I do that too with my avatars. My current one being completely created by me though. (thats if its the pixel art one, with the cool water effect I made)

Time difference is 13 to 15 hours according to my mobile. Not sure where you live in that region, but either way.. its more than 12 hours so my morning is your afternoon and vice versa.

Just checked the time zones and I thought wow. Quite a few hours difference
