    There's only 4 episodes 'cause they only air one in about 2 months or so. The 1st one was on August 1st, last year, then October 1st, and so on. I haven't seen one yet, just the trailer and read about it just now.

    First thought to come to my mind was: Makoto Shinkai. The Animation is rich, and full of detail, the lighting is brilliant and can really reflect upon works by Makoto Shinkai. This looks interesting, so I guess I'll give it a watch.
