    we are more complicated than zeros and ones, thier logic runs on pre-defined rules, they have no free will or own thoughts, thats what robots are. AI is a different question..

    As for the law "Don't hurt a human." Every single human breaks a law more than once in their life. EVERY human. Some worse than others. No speeding. People speed all the time. I know it's different but whats to stop a android from breaking?

    That's because the 'Laws of Robotics' is from Isaac Asimov, who WROTE the original 'I, Robot' book. He used those laws in all his android stories.
