sai followed kabuto back to thier base and thats where they meet sauske.. u remeber in the beginnig... the first epi of shippuuden.. where naruto meets sauske..... and sauke is bout to kill naruto yea.... when u see that part its so cool...
but sai has a change of heart because of naruto... so instead of killing sauske he was trying to help capture him for naruto themmmm... also in order to find the place where sauske is naruto them went to go find sasoris subordinate.... which is kabuto...
sakura finds this book telling sais lost past about him and his brother.. which he never finishis...
oh and the reason y sai is on that mission ... is because he is meant to kill sauske.. and when naruto sakura finds out... they try to stop sai
im pretty shure that it will be an argue between naruto and sai about how loyal sauske is .... and y whould naruto even care about him......
while camping sakura talks to him and tries to be nice to him....

yeam umm .. they were used to notify yamato when naruto sai or sakurea got into a fight and he will back them up... its kinda like a tracking device.. when u use alot of chakara it activates
