dude O,O wat a twist!!! the president is kind of/ kind of not alive!!! Katou-kikan is their allies!!! this was just 1 big kickass plan!!! lol at the very end Katou is like "and before u would say, "when im older i'll marry u." lol

I actually thought they might not be what the seemed and the president's murder was part of the plan but some of it was still a surprise.
