I know I have no right to say this but....aren't shop rank owners suppose to check if the person read the rules with their "Secret code"? So far, most of the requesters, didn't have a code in their form. >_> But the shop owners, still going

because its impossible, for my shops to be going, if no one is active enough to go into the shops to request. Although the Manga coloring, is not really a problem, but the other ones are kind of inactive.
