I assume that the manga you have on your tags are stuff you've seen already. So, I'll recommend Karakuri Odette, Gakuen Alice, Cry Out for Love at the Heart of the World, Swan Lake, M to N no Shouzou & Shinshi Doumei Cross.(ran out of char)
Hm, I can't really think of any anime that's similar to InK at the moment... I can give some anime or manga (if you read them) recommendations if you want. I don't know what type you like or have watched though... ^_^
