if u create a duplicate forum accidently or without knowing then people will report the forum as a duplicate and a forum moderator will shut it down. did any of this help?
also there are polls where u can vote on the listed items... If u want to create a forum then u first have to check through the search if it has already been created or there is something similar to it . if there isnt then make the forum.
yes it is. u can pick which section like anime, general, drama, games, etc then u pick the topic u ar einterested in posting in. at the bottem is a text box where u leave your message there. then u send the comment.
