Actually last night, was pretty cool. Things have been really nice with me in CR. I got scolded by a mod last night thanks to a friend of mine here in CR. (The guy whos avi have a skateboard on it) we're currently talking about it.

give it three days if you are doing just the apples and juice and on the forth day bring in some veggies and other fruits you can do for 7 days if you want but I am sure you'll see the difference on the fourth day
