@kuroran23 and @Tsuna4u actually the rules haven't changed that much but they only stop the clock for fouls after the two minute mark in NBA, in college and in any tournaments it keeps ticking

Maybe it works differently in Japan, but in the US time can definitely not run out while the ball isn't in play. Shohoku should've had one more shot. And why the hell did this one game last seven episodes? Are we watching a soap opera?
