I think it's a foul on Hanagata too. That said, restrictive zones weren't in the rules yet. Slam Dunk is a circa 1993 show. NBA introduced no charge zones mid-late 90s (around 1997), FIBA 2010, JBA is like FIBA, NCAA doesn't have them.

AHAHAHA.. That can't be a charge... Hanagata was on the air trying to block the shot.. Both of his feet should be planted on the ground to call a charge.. And he was in the No Charge Zone. It should be a 3 point play
