its so stupid how hanamichi could have dunk that ball when he was ahead on that fast break but instead he does a lay up and misses. Its like when hes playing, hes not allowed to dunk.

There is something about Slam Dunk that makes me really appreciate anime. It's comedy is definetely unsurpassed for sure, and the characters are very memorable. And of course the climatic/drama basketball playing scenes are unforgetteble.

Yeah, I totally agree sum420qt. I mean, games in this show last for sometimes more than 3 hours, but each episode is somehow really entertaining. Not to mention the quality of animation has been incredible through and through, imo.

heh...Coach Azai sure does like to keep to himself. I guess he just says whatever he needs to when the team is in the dumps. Nearly every episode he is quiet and says no word. Does anyone agree?
