If you want the best ending ever, watch the Anime "Maison Ikkoku" That is the BEST EVER period. It's a bit dated, but the story is truly a classic, and many of todays stories come from that series. At least that is what I believe.

I love this drama so much, but the ending is ridiculous. Why do they have to be sad that they're happy? They should just be glad to have each other instead of agonizing that they met so late.
