    Director trashed the timeline
My one major critique for "Soulmate" is the director's abuse of time line sequencing for scenes. The pacing of the drama changes dramatically after the "climatic meeting" and it NEVER goes back. It's basically like going for a bike ride through a meadow then suddenly hitting a massive down-slope. Although the series is marked at having 21 episodes, they were so short at times it felt like I was ...

A must see - Very funny
This is such a wonderful series, and a very pleasant surprise.
I'm so glad I decided to watch, having initially avoided it because the plot description didn't sound appealing to me.

It is very funny throughout, especially in the beginning while still developing characters.
    Lots of hearty laughs there...

Later episodes have their fair share of touching moments you can't help but ...

    Brilliant Soundtrack Compliments Soulmate...
Thoughtful analysis of romantic relationships from every point of view ( I like how they shuffle through the future and back to the present). Funny..... because it made silly jokes that are easy to relate with. The characters were acted out perfectly to suit the mood and style of the drama (which sometimes means they overact, but it makes for good comedy) Most Korean dramas are quite predictable ...

    All Fears Cast Aside
I'll be honest. I've only seen a handful of Asian dramas but I hear that once you start you just can't stop, and that seems to be the truth enough for me. My obsession started with Bad Couple, blazed through Coffee Prince and now has landed on Soulmate's doorstep.

Going into it, I realize I was not prepared for the emotional impact that Soulmate would have on me. Like many people, I'd asked ...

    Very beautiful show!
I love how this show portrayed love. I am getting tired of traditional k-dramas where they play games all the time and have to treat each other terribly before they fall in love/ love-triangles. This portrays love as an unavoidable force that will stop at nothing to get you to your soulmate! Also has great humor and laughs along the way.

    Love is so complicated...
Is there such thing as soulmates? Watching this K-drama will answer that question for you... Okay maybe it won't but it's still worth watching. The story revolves around a group of people and their relationships. And it becomes interesting when they all realize their connection with each other. Filled with comedy and total randomness you're sure to laugh your butt off. This is a very inspiring ...

  • One word: Awesome!!!
This drama will honestly make you rip you pillows apart and scream out in frustration, cry tears of joy and sadness. Its not overly depressing to the point where you would cry all the time, Its just simply perfect in my opinion.

  • Soulmate: It grew on me
I was going to give up on the show because I didn't like the characters at first, and it's all a bit gimmicky. However, it was entertaining enough for me to continue watching. The fateful meeting in the story is planned from the very beginning, but you have to wait until you're halfway through the drama for it to happen. A bit too long a wait for something you know is coming.

    The good is that ...
