Min Ki Seo is such a loser, exactly the kind if guy to annoy me. The little girl is so cute and i f ind it funn that her grandpa calls her ugly when she is so cute. Why does that rich guy keep coming around her house?

This is one of cute and sad and touching story..Spring is 8 yrs old girl has only small time left to live. She brings warmth in cold hearted doctor. Over all, it is heart warming story.

it was just a dream she is the poor one. he left 8 years ago and she never told him she was preggers so he didnt know that spring was his daughter. And the guy who took Spring to the hospital is the uncle not her dad
