  • Absolutely worth your time!
It is a great anime with a nice story line involving the protagonist helping "Oda Nobuna" conquer the land using the knowledge he gained from History RPG's.
It isn't ecchi in the sense that you get to see a skirt flick up and reveal underwear for the sake of it.

Although I do hope that another Season comes out as if there isn't. This will be officially the worst ending I've seen in an Anime in ...

    Battledash Anime Review
One of the best animes I watched for the summer. The animation was stupendous and the music and sound were great. Combat was kept to a minimal as this was a harem anime but some action was still present. The characters were all so well-played and likable. Yoshiharu was just surrounded the entire time by female counter parts of historical figures. Unfortunately Yoshiharu never did any fighting ...

A Lighthearted and Imaginative Depiction of the Sengoku Era as a Harem Anime
Ever wonder what would happen if you took Mark Twain's CT Yankee in King Arthur's Court , changed the setting to Sengoku era Japan, and made a school harem anime out of It? To be honest, I haven't and I probably would be kind of ashamed to admit it if I did.

That's unfortunate because it's actually a great idea. Recasting an entire generation of interesting warlords into otherwise ...

  • rule 63 sengoku, albeit family friendly
Throw your preconceptions about gender swap out the window when watching this. I got sucked in from the 1st episode on not from the character designs but the drama about one of histories most misunderstood leaders and rationalizing a story about conquest, unification and end to civil wars. The characters are a little easy to read at times but they still manage to give you a surprise in regards ...

  • Great action in the story
I love how all the male characters become female, its one of the best ideas thought of for an anime! It is nice to see how well the characters develop with each other and realizing how everyone is so important to each other. I also thought the action was adventurous. It's my kind of anime!

  • Promising So Far....
Very entertained by the first several episodes thus far...I really enjoy the development of "Monkey" thus far, plus I'm curious of how they'll continue to alter Japan's history. Will add it to my queue.

How ruthless must a leader be to unite Japan?
The main plot is engaging, following the strategic decisions of a warlord who struggles with the necessity of sacrificing her friends' lives for her own ambitions. The male lead ends up providing a surprisingly strong romantic subplot, keeping her from turning into a tyrant and creating the theme of whether or not a leader can be soft and still strong enough to conquer.

    Although some side ...
