THE ONE TRUE GOD TATSUYA!!! THE TRUE ONII-SAMA!
Where can I start??? The show is amazing! I love the special effects and how little by little THE ONE TRUE GOD Tatsuya allows us petty humans to witness His true abilities. Plebians fear not for THE ONE TRUE GOD Tatsuya and His True Goddess Imouto are here to save the day.

Be ready for Onii-sama to steal all the girls yet only care about His Imouto. Be ready for other girls trying to give ...

A Good Story that crosses many anime genres but may sink itself depending on where one thing goes in the end
So far this is a very faithful adaption from the light novels though they could fill in more gaps as indicated in the novels which can leave viewers hanging or confused like saying "BS magician" instead of "Born Specialist magician" so people who have not read the manga or novels can understand. The show also downplays his emotions a tad much more than the novels which may also push away some ...

It gets awesome! Just watch it!
Yes, it is a slow anime at first, but it definitely gets interesting! Mind you they are brother an sister, but that just adds to the amazing amount of backstory this anime has. It so far has only had 1 season, and has PLENTY of material left to work with. The book was a best seller in Japan and they are releasing a Blu-Ray set coming soon 6/30/2015!!! Pre-Order it today! We need a second ...

A fairly good anime even though the MC is completely OP
Mahouka Kouko no Rettousei is an interesting story of Magical Realism set within an alternate reality in. Unlike most magic, which involves long, complicated incantations to cast, or relies on some kind of sacred power within the human body, magic within this world is a lot more like a science. There are rules and theories and highly advanced mathematical equations that are involved in the act of ...

    DECENT but gets old.
I watched most of the season until it became repetitive and boring. there is an underlying feel of incest between the two siblings/ main characters. I did like the overall look of the anime/ drawing. I think this had good potential. im running out of things to say

No Vulnerability + Brother Complex = No Drama
I had heard a lot about Mahouka coming in. I heard a lot about how it was "the cure for the spineless anime protagonist." It was one of the best action shows of 2014, deserves a place on Toonami, etc. So I decided to take a gander.

I came out thinking this was the most overrated show since Sword Art Online. However, whereas SAO falls victim to sheer stupidity and shonen-style hat-pulls, Mahouka ...

The irregular at magic high school review
This anime has a lot of positives in its directions. Very good voice acting and fluid animations throughout the anime. Also the battle sequences, while generally on the short side, are very sweet and satisfying. This anime also has an interesting story. There is only one real bad side that being the main character's sister.

I know i'm going to get hated for saying it. She has no real ...

    Gary Stu - The Anime
Many anime of late have suffered from overpowered main characters. Thought up by writers depressed by their own social-ineptitude, these characters face no real problems making the supposed conflict in the anime a mere formality. Some people complained about Kirito from SAO as a top-notch Gary Stu and I'm telling you that no one beats this Tatsuya guy.

He's incapable of casting magic like the ...

The MC In This Anime Defines OP
I LOVE EVERY BIT OF THIS ANIME. I hope it gets a second season. Tatsuya Shiba is extremely overpowered, calm, and very protective. When I was on a search for finding a mc in an anime as badass as Tatsuya Shiba I couldn't find anything on par. Anyone who loves an OP mc, with a mysterious past, and so many talents that you'll always be surprised, This is the perfect anime for you.

    Not what I expected!
I've been avoiding this anime on the pretense of possible incest. That really disturbed me. Eventually I put my judgments aside and gave this show a shot. It turned out being being one of my top 10 anime shows of all time. Really interesting characters, plot, conflict, and development.
