    Looking forward to fun!
First of all I like that the art feels full and well produced. It is most definitely a thoroughbred romance comedy. The title of the show is even a little funny and clever. especialy "Hostel Behavior" which could be heard as 'Hostile' Behavior. The characters are having fun already and I am going to have fun with them. The wide range of character personalities will be interesting to watch how they ...

A must watch for the 2014 spring season
Now I hope I don't jinx this anime by saying how promising it looks to me, even just after one episode. The art work is very well done which is always nice to see in an anime. The show is a Slice Of Life Romantic Comedy with a rich group of characters who's personalities blend to make for some good laughs. And a main male lead who isn't completely dense, I see a lot of good in this show and will ...

Best anime out of spring lineup
I think this might be the anime i'm looking most forward too for the spring line-up. This anime already reminds me so much of Sakurasou no pet. Which I think in my opinion was great! only thing bad was the beginning was kinda slow to get into. besides that great first episode.

    This is whats up....
I usually wait until after a few more episodes but I'll just update it as time and episodes go by.
Okay well first off the first episode was amazing on so many levels. The animation is good the music is good the characters aren't one-dimensional I mean it was pretty good all around.
Another thing I liked was the male lead. He isn't your typical bland boring perverted and cliché character. He ...

    Well I didn't like...
...ANYTHING from this first episode. I didn't find anything bad in it. The whole 20 minutes it just made me laugh a lot. I liked the characters too, specially Ritsu. She is so cute!! And well I can easily see this is gonna be one of my favorites this spring season. The Kawai Complex is.....KAWAI!!!

  • So far my favorite new show this season
Great art, cute girls and a funny, silly story. What's not to like here? I hope all the new shows this season turn out this pleasant. Six zany characters in an old fashioned tatami mat rooming house...I feel like I've seen this before but they give it a fresh face. Thumbs up and here's hoping for a season two.

    Really grows on you~
The air this series gives off is really nice. I could rewatch the episodes that are out and fall in love with them once again. I really didn't expect this one to be a favorite of mine, but it really grows on you. The characters are really friendly and make you wish they were real. The animation was nicely done, the music fits it perfectly and the different personality of each character really ...

  • Mostly Another Romedy that you can't miss
This show has moments where you will die laughing. There are moments where you are like eh. But it's a wee bit slow for my taste in the comedy department but it grows on you. It also has a lot more respect unlike other animus where they take too much on the ECh sides of things if you know what I mean.
(It's still in there.) But the characters respond a bit more humanlike.. "Hey you shouldn't ...

Awesome art, and some very funny moments, but...
Parts of this show are quite hilarious and ridiculous. The fourth wall is broken a couple times in very humorous ways that fit very nicely with the show.

Almost every image in The Kawai Complex Guide is a work of art. The colors are spectacular, the animation is fluid, and the backdrops are gorgeous. Not to mention when the characters emotions become very exaggerated, the art ...

The art is gorgeous... And the story development is a plus!
Despite how it may come across as just another light hearted comedy filled with your stereotypical characters - I have to admit this series has made me smile every episode more than once. It's like a curveball where you were expecting a straight gag but then end up unexpectedly witnessing some decent character development as the story progresses.

Usa's attempts at trying to win Rit-chan over ...
