    A Very Moving Anime Series
This show blew my mind to the fact that the protagonist and his older brother got hit by a truck and experienced a near death situation and a brain dead situation. Suguru's dreams were at an end for him, but luckily, Kakeru lived on and now is vigorously learning to become a better soccer player with the help of his brothers heart. Kakeru plays soccer every night with Seven practicing how to ...

One of the best soccer anime ever.
This is the best anime ever. I really like the football animes, especially when a guy who is not good at soccer rises slowly and steadily. I also like the romance in this anime. I wish There would be a bit more of a romance. And seven is the best, hope she ends up with kakeru

    See where this goes...
I was interested in this anime because i have been watching Eyeshield 21 lately and wanted to check out another sports anime. This anime started out average but as it went along i got more interested and at the end i was drawn in. The ending of the first episode has me waiting eagerly to see where the rest of this will go.

  • A Great Show, but anime strikes again
So before I talk about the show. I just gotta say to the anime gods out there, please allow a sports anime to have an actual ending for once. The Knight in the Area at least acknowledges its not doing more episodes so they give us some closure for this show, not in terms of finishing story. But they at least tried to make it seem like a decent ending. The problem with the anime industry and why ...

  • My favorite Sports Anime hands down.
Knight in the Area is really well done. This is the first sports anime I have ever seen and I instantly fell in love with it. The show has gotten me to branch out to other sports anime's. The character development is strong at first and seems to slowly diminish as the show progresses but I still loved the characters and the way they dealt with their struggles. The show always had me on the edge of ...

  • A great series that is held back by it’s ending.
This series is very enjoyable. Mostly realistic gameplay is showcased throughout the show. The inclusion of the woman's soccer team is nice. Light romance is hinted throughout.

The problem with this series is there are so many things left unfinished. The series feels so incomplete after the final credits roll. The entire time watching the final 2 episodes I was confused with how they would ...

  • 4.8 out of 5 for Me!
This was an Awesome anime, there were some boring episodes, but the twists and turns it takes along the way are fun and different. I highly recommend this anime to anyone who loves soccer and sports anime. I hope there are more episodes but I don't know!

Psychological vs Physical Struggle? Football anime? Not worth it
OK, so they basically killed off the best character early on which I am not really fine with.

Also, the brother of the character who dies has a horrible personality and the story is just not that great.

I wish the brother (main character) did things for natural reasons and alone.
It took so many characters to push this main character to achieve his goal and they focused more on ...

  • This series.. Very interesting..
Although I haven't completed the entire series yet, I must say that this anime was very touching from the start. The whole relationship with the brothers and how unfortunate events take place... Well it resembles reality for some people. I'm enjoying watching this anime and I think people who enjoy reality inside anime should really consider watching. The other good thing is that it's actually ...
