charming and a fresh sense a realism, continued
The first ep was well written, loved the awkwardness to the story, mostly because I am awkward. The animation felt almost movie quality except for some awkward scenes, I don't know how walking in anime can be so hard to make, but it really bothers me, It just feels weird. Love Akane's family at the diner, it gave the anime a refreshing sense of humor. I will be watching this anime, so I recommend ...

Give this show a try. It won't disappoint.
I watched the first episode a few weeks ago. Didn't really stuck to me, so I left the show alone. Yesterday as I finished watching Attack on Titan and My Hero Academia, I decided to give this show a try again. OH GOD WHY DIDN'T I WATCH THIS EARLIER?!?!?!?!?! The show is great. It starts slow, but it build up. It's a romance anime. They are in middle school. There are times you might feel ...

    Realisticly Cute and Funny Romance
The show has an almost eerie feeling with how relatable it is. Many scenes have that awkwardness that I remember when I was near a girl I liked in middle/high school, especially the scene in the restaurant was good. Unexpectedly running into the girl/guy you like outside of school with that awkward atmosphere.

When watching this I feel like I'm watching my nephew's or nieces. The character's ...

True to life - heartwarming and funny
Reminded me of my own childhood and now as a parent with a 15 year old I'm seeing it all again from the outside. So yes, parents have been there too and usually know exactly what's going on ;-)

To reflect what's already been said, there was some beautiful art in the backgrounds but the superimposed animation was sometimes a bit off, I'm not going to let that distract from what I hope will be a ...

    Incredibly relatable and somewhat refreshing
While it may look like another stereotypical high school romance anime, the amount of realism (from what I have seen in the first episode) really makes it stand out. The art is nice, and the characters seem like ACTUAL kids. Despite some of the qualms I have about the show so far, like how some of the characters look incredibly similar to each other as well as looking generic, I really hope this ...

Less is more: Tsuki ga Kirei (spoiler warning)
Tsuki ga kirei (or in english the moon is beautiful), is an anime that doesn’t need special heroes, complex relationships, or epic adventures to engage its audience. In fact, it is the lack thereof that really makes this anime shine. High School and Junior High romances aren’t particularly new to the world of anime, and most maintain their audience attention through tension-making dialogue. ...

One Of The Best Romance Animes Ever
I started watching this as soon as it came out. The art style of the cover was so interested I couldn't help be curious. Read the summary which wasn't strong imo. I watched the first episode, average. The second was again average. The third? I was hooked. That ending scene was amazing. Their facial expressions, the exchange without words. The way Azumi just went straight ahead at 90mph. Fourth ...

    great show for all ages
just finished the 8th episode, have enjoyed all but 6.5... felt that was a waste of time.we need more of this type of show, nothing too violent, or sexual. characters are interesting
a little slow on their development, but worth the wait.

keep up the good work and thanks

Beautiful story. Highly recommended for those that like romance without too much drama.
Having watched the series in one sitting, I have fully felt the feels packed in [Tsukigakirei] . The story is refreshingly cute, and the ending left me fulfilled.
    Gochisousama

The only thing I would like more would be that maybe a little more info on what happened to the side characters in the ending. Also the art picture does not do justice to the story. I presents a more "slice of life of ...

Oh the feels! Oh the feels!!!
This has got to be one of the best romance animes I have watched. It was very realistic, charming, and relate-able on many different levels. If you like romance anime, you must watch this, no questions asked.

Tsukigakirei, as the moon, so beautiful, is a middle school romance that starts off with two 3rd year students who meet each other for the first time as their last year in middle school ...
