    Really Cute, Super Weird!
Based on an awesome one-shot manga, really interesting to see the transition to anime.

Be warned, this wasn't particularly straightforward to watch, and had some rough edges pop in throughout. But everything about it is cute and unique, definitely embodies the Harajuku spirit that inspires it. If you can get past some weird timing and dialog, I think you'll enjoy the overall package.

UFO's vs girls that love fashion? Pretty goood
Art is amazing. Also the style and direction of the show are great. Story sets a great backdrop for the setting and it's actually pretty unique of one too. The voice acting fits, and since two of the VA are sorta new it's even more impressive. Animation wise it does a good job with not that many fluid shots but with static action shots ( I think; I don't know much about actual animation). ...

    it's not that great tbh
honestly it seems kind of like a tacky harajuku rip off of The Rolling Girls (amazing anime that everyone should watch). The characters are really dull and a bit on the dense side. The cat girl is annoying unless you're into that I guess. I normally give an anime a few episodes to work itself out but i think one was more than enough for me. If you like bright, dense, boring, whining and annoying ...

    Wonderfully Weird, Weirdly Wonderful!
So, some alien critters show up and start stealing Earth's cultural treasures, prompting three high school girls to fight back and defend their own cultural oasis, Harajuku. Oh, and they get a bit of extra help from a young (alleged) escaped alien abductee and her talking pet fried shrimp. Yes, her talking pet fried shrimp. Keeping up? Because I love this, all of it! You see, I get tired of ...

    No cause-effect to be seen
I don't get it. I don't get it at all. Okay, yeah it's kindaaaa kinda funny and kinda interesting and the art style reminds me of Jet Set Radio which is nice but this looks like a series of random events which have no apparent relation to each other, make no sense dramatically, and are mostly explained by "X suddenly fell out of the sky." If a sensible narrative could be seen here I might dig it. ...

You will either like this, or you won't.
Because it's amazingly surreal. It is many other things as well; Cute, fun, and sweet - But what it is primarily is surreal. It's as if someone watched "Yellow Submarine" while high, and then decided to make a tellytubbies/Devil survivor mashup that was kid-friendly.

    Created by Artists for Artists
I am not a particularly visual person, but even I can tell how great this looks. You can really tell that for every scene, every transition, every frame of animation an artist was in charge, not a writer or a manager. So yes, the story is pretty vague and you just have to go with the flow when it comes to figuring out what's going on, but everything is so visually interesting along the way that ...

Have to disagree with people saying this is good
The passport to Japan brought me here, although I can say that the majority of the rest of the content is either great to superb, this is just completely not my thing! Lol I can see how some people could like it, but the childish, cartoonish like animation made me think of it as a lesser than version of powderpuff girls, and the art isn't even as good, I hate to say. Just not a fan and probably ...

    A little too childish
Harajuku is my turf. Our family graveyard is there, at Enmeiji. Because of that, I gave this anime a shot. It's just not my style. I don't mind silly, but this just seems to take itself a little too seriously to be self-consciously silly.

It's cute, but probably aimed at children from the country.

    What is this anime...
I'm watching this ONLY because of the passport and this has to be one of the strangest things I have ever watched. The narration is terrible and has no real meaning to it. The artwork is unique I will say but it really does look like a 5 year old drew it.

If this is your thing, I'm sure you will enjoy it but I guess I really just don't understand it at all...I agree with others that this caters ...
