Yeah if its a money gram then have the receives for proof when you take her scammin a* to court. Its clearly a scam and dont send her anymore money. She CANT proof that you where scamming but you can proof she was scamming.

Yes i think its a scam, okay first DONT erase the mesages and take screenies of the website where she is selling your chihuuhhua , keep all the proof you can, where theres no trace of your chihunha save that link or proof.
