OMG!!!!! I just finished watching 1 Litre of Tears!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is the most sadest drama i have ever watched!!!!!!!!!! Okay the whole drama is based on a girl named Aya Kito!!! She was born July 1962 and died May 23, 1988!!!!! She went into eternal sleep at the age of 26, surrounded by flowers as she wished and left on her journey. Her diary, namely 1 litre of tears was then published after her death and series was too filmed based on her real life story which is recorded in her diaries.Aya Kito was diagnosed with a disease called Spinocerebellar ataxia (I bet none of you have ever heard of it! Admit it!) when she was 15 years old. The disease causes the person to lose control over their body, but because the person can retain all mental ability the disease acts as a prison. Aya discovers this disastrous news as the disease has already developed. There is no cure. Through family, medical examinations and rehabilitations, and finally succumbing to the disease, Aya must cope with the disease and live on with life until her death at the age of 25.
~I warn you!!! If you watch this drama you will not only cry 1 litre of tears but about a gallon of tears!!!!!! I beg anyone who knows where i can buy the book, based on Aya's diary, in California!!!!!! I have been looking for it for about 10 months now!!! I know its weird to look for the book before the watching it but i heard about it but i never knew there was a drama so i just recently watched the drama. PLEASE IF ANYONE KNOWS WHERE I CAN BUY THE BOOK! PLEASE CONTACT ME WHETHER ITS PM OR IN MY GUESTBOOK! I AM REALLY DESPERATE!!!!!~ This is a picture of what the cover looks like. OMG! I finished Full Moon O Sagashite the manga! I cried so much that my parents were about to take me to the hospital! And I'm so happy she got to be with Takuto and still have Eiche watching over her as a ghost! Although it was sad that he cried once he saw her with Takuto but when he saw her smile, i smiled too and knew he couldn't do anything about it. YAH! I wish there was more though!!!
