Evangel-A pilot who was banned from the Raven Ark in Nexus due to illegial action and trading with an unknown company. He pilots the Oracle which is equip with Linear Rifle, Moonlight, and Micro Missile. After leaving the Ark he returns back with a bigger role in Last Raven as being the leader of Alliance Tactical Unit with a highly new design Oracle. He in Last Raven considers his self as a Dominant, Raven who skills are superior higher than the Nine Breaker.
