Synopsis: Kang Hye Na lives a rich and spoiled life with her servants and grandfather. She is the successor to her grandfather's group, Kang-san Group. But now Hye Na's grandfather opposes their relationship and he forces her to choose between them. How will the spoiled and rich Kang Hye Na be able to love the former gigolo and butler Dong-chan while still being on good terms with her grandfather? Find out!

My Review: I absolutely LOVED this drama. It HAD to be one of my ALL TIME FAVORITES! In every episode it keeps you wanting more and there is always some kind of drama. Through out this drama I cried, laughed and fell off my seat [quite a few times, may i add XD]. I believe many will enjoy it. Also, the acting was beyond AMAZING! Truly, it couldn't be better. I give this drama series a 2 thumbs up. [sorry, i only have two thumbs..] IT IS DEFINITELY A MUST WATCH!!!!!!!!!!

Synopsis: Zheng Shan Mei works many jobs to support her family due to their 'illnesses.' Not only to support her family but she also sends money to her cheating boyfriend to support him with his financial fees. On the day they agreed to meet to get married, Shan Mei's mother swears that if she leaves the house she will cut off all ties with her. Her father holds her family back and Shan Mei leaves. However, she also bumps into Cai Jin Lai also known as 'Frank' throughout the drama. He is very money-greedy and spends all his money on designer clothes. More or less, he acts like a complete immature child. After trying to pawn his mothers ring, he and Shan Mei run into each other causing a misunderstanding between the two. Due to this, Jin Lai's mother's ring ends up in Shan Mei's purse unknowingly. As she arrives at her boyfriend's place, they go out for a walk where he confesses that he had wronged her and Shan Mei goes back to Taipei in tears. Because she cannot go back home she finds the ring in her purse and uses it as deposit for a month of rent. Due to her misfortune, Cai Jin Lai is the other resident living right next to her. As they come off to a bad start, Jin Lai demands his ring back. When Shan Mei confesses, they go to find the landowner, who they later find out was a scammer and Jin Lau writes Shan Mei a contract for her to pay 500,000 NT before she can be free. Through their bickering and fighting, they slowly start to open up to each other. Although they both know they are in love with each other, they are both too stubborn to admit it. My Opinion:The reason I started watching this drama first was because I was a fan of the Arjoe couple [Ariel Lin & Joe Cheng] ever since I watched the I.S.W.A.K series. Although it was hard to get used to their new characters, I fell in love with the show quickly. Joe was very clumsy but it was sorta cute in a way. And Ariel was the new 'Zhi Shu' from ISWAK since she was the more sensible one. However, if was really funny and Joe's character matured throughout the series, so I definitely recommend it! It's very funny and sweet! <33 LOVED IT!! ;D ;D

Zhi Shu and Xiang Qing come off to not such a great start. However, with her bickering and his coldness, he finally starts to open up to Xiang Qing. Not to forget with the help of his mother, Xiang Qing and Zhi Shu are in love. Except neither Xiang Qing is smart enough to notice, and Zhi Shu, too stubborn enough to confess. However, when another girl comes in and falls in love with Zhi Shu at first sight, her grandfather offers to help Zhi SHu dad's company, only if he marries her. Will Zhi Shu marry her? Or will he finally confess to Xiang Qing, and ends their misery? Find out!!

Acting:SUPERB! So amazing, it COULDN'T have been better!!! ;D ;D Joe Cheng [Zhi Shu] and Ariel Lin [Xiang Qing] have such great chemistry together. And Pei Zi Yu played by Tiffany Xu, was also great. I love how they became friends toward the end. The mother [Cyndi Chaw] was SUPER funny ! Lol it was so hard not to laugh at her efforts of getting Zhi Shu to like Xiang Qing. Lol I want her to be my relative too! lol. xD Ah Jin [pJiro Wang] was also great. :] I couldn't help but feel bad for him throughout the whole series. Lol!

My Review:AMAZING! I loved it. ;D Just as much as i loved the anime and manga and the second season! lol. IT IS DEFINITELY A MUST WATCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Synopsis:This heartbreaking, truly cruel, tear jerking, bittersweet drama is a definite MUST WATCH! It's about a young girl named Zhao Shen Shen and Qi Wei Yi. One day, after experiencing a bus crash, Shen Shen's close friend Zuo Jun rushes her to the hospital to discover that due to her shock, she has temporarily become mute. During her stay, she meets Wei Yi, and they become close friends. Wei Yi, thinking that Shen Shen doesn't like to talk because she has a funny Korean accent, decides that they will communicate through letters. He tells her he's a Maritan and also tells her about Lucky Star. Then one day, while her mom is coming to deliver her lunch, she meets an accident and dies. Shen Shen is left alone and the only one to understand her is Wei Yi. However, soon after, Wei Yi has to be transferred and he only leaves her his number..and a promise. They promise to come back to the same place in Christmas of 2006 and meet once again. Because Shen Shen misplaces the number, she is unable to find it and never gets to contact Wei Yi. Thirteen years pass and she is still mute, while also living with Zuo Jun and his father. Due to a twist of fate, Wei Yi and Shen Shen meet, but they are unsure of each other's identity. They become close, but Wei Yi finds out that he has liver cancer and has less than 3 months to live. Because of the 2 people coming between them, Wei Yi's ex finacee and Zuo Jun, Wei Yi decides to distance himself from Shen Shen and not tell her anything. However, saying this is much easier than actually doing. Wei Yi and Shen Shen go through more heartbreaking yet sweet moments until they have to say farewell yet once again...But this time, it may be for a longer time than they had hoped for....

Music:The music was very nicely and carefully picked. The songs were also used in correct scenes, and I personally thought it couldn't be better. Although the song Wei Yi & Shen Shen listened to was a bit corny, I found it kind of sweet. haha xD

Characters/Acting: The acting and the characters were TRULY AMAZING!! This drama couldn't have had better actors/actresses. Park Eun Hye portrayed the innocent and mute girl Zhao Shen Shen very well and Vic Zhao was amazing in acting a spoiled rich guy [Qi Wei Yi] on the outside but a sweet innocent guy on the inside who could not forget the girl from his past, but who was also being threatened by his future.

Overall: 5 stars. It's a perfect drama if you feel like crying. It is also very inspiring and teaches a lot about the value of life and lifelong friendships/love.

I really enjoyed this series. Each episode kept me jumping out of my seat and wanting more. Each episode was also filled with love, jealously and sadness. It was very touching, but extremely heartbreaking, as well. It teaches very much the importance of life and love. Also, it shows that you never know how lucky you are to be alive, until your time is almost up. I believe any drama fan would enjoy this as much as I did. As they come off to a bad start once again, Cun Xi and Xin Yi gradually start to fall in love. But then Anna comes back form New York. How will Cun Xi hide the fact that he got another girl pregnant? Will Cun Xi pick to be with Anna, or Xin Yi? However, love doesn't wait around forever, either. And sometimes, second chances are hard to get.

My Review: This was one of my favorite dramas. Ethan Ruan and Chen Xiao En really are a great couple together! They made an amazing drama together and the acting was SUPERB! The drama portrays the situations of a real life contract marriage, abortions and one night stands. A definite must watch! ;D ;D

Review:Seriously, after reading the synopsis on mysoju about this drama, I found it boring and cliche. It seemed like the typical Korean drama, and the plot seemed way overused. I started to doubt why anyone would even bother this and funny thing, my friends kept saying how amazing it was! Finally, after being tired of hearing about it for the millionth time I decided to give it a shot. One word came to my mind after the first episode. AMAZING! I could not stop watching the series after that. Each episode had great acting and was filled with drama. There was never an episode where it didn't leave you hanging and wanting more. Even now as I sit here typing away about how this was an amazing drama, I keep thinking "I really really hope they have another season!". It was definitely one of the BEST Korean dramas they've made so far. However each time I watched a new episode I felt like the plots of my all-time fave dramas were mixed, which is another reason why I kept watching this drama but no doubt about it was it the best. The main character, Eun Sung, really shocked me on how determined she was for her brother and even when she went through the worst of times, she always sought out a way to get back up. I really admired her for that. Then there was Hye Ri and Jun se. They were really amazing in their acting. I wish I had friends like them in real life ;D .. The grandmother was also very kind and understanding that I really wish she was my grandmother in real life as well. Lolz. xD Hm...Then there was the evil step mother and sister. I thought their acting was SUPERB! I really never thought I could hate someone that much in the drama but as much as I hated them, I also felt bad because I could almost understand why they had done all that stuff. And no matter how much cruelty they caused to Eun Sung, they were always most pitiful to me at the end. I thought their acting skills were really...off the charts! But in the end, God always rewards those who are good, and who wouldn't love this story's ending? [avoiding a spoiler!] This is a definite must watch and I recommend it to anyone! I still can't believe I didn't watch this when the first episode came out!

PLOT:The story is pretty much about a young high-school girl Choon-Hyang who has everything going for her. She's at the top of her classes and has a guaranteed scholarship into a prestigious college in Seoul. However, soon she meets Lee Mong-Ryong who is the exact opposite. Mong-Ryong has been transferred from many schools because of the many fights and the trouble he gets into. She decides to help him out but because of a twist of fate, Choon-Hyang and Mong-Ryong are forced to get a contract marriage and live together, although nothing really happened. During this time Choon-Hyang tried to help Mong-Ryong to get into a prestigious college and gradually they both start to fall in love. Yet, when Mong-ryong's first love, Chae-rim, shows up, his love for Choon-Hyang is shattered as hers remains unwavering.

The one day, Byeon Hak-do, CEO of a famous entertainment company, appears in her life. He immediately falls in love with Choon-Hyang and is determined to be with her. When Mong-ryong has his feelings finally worked out and is ready to return, a series of complicated events occur which seems to take the two lovers apart but in the end, it shows that true love will always stay.

ACTING: Great! Couldn't be better ♥

OVERALL: A must watch!!! Rating of 5/5.

Story: Just like any other Japanese drama/movie, this was really sad. It's about two high-school lovers who begin their relationship over the phone. Soon they are dating, and a series of romantic yet sad events and sometimes even funny events take place. It finishes off with an extremely sad ending however w/ a life lesson learned. The movie is REALLY good and touching and the actors did a great job portraying characters. A MUST WATCH!
Acting: Phenomenal, the cast was absolutely perfect.
Music: Definitely went with the movie.

This is my most recent drama that I watched and although it is in some parts similar to Wonderful Life, it is still a great story with great actors and an awesome storyline. It starts off with Cha Eun-Jae going to Italy to pursue her dream of becoming a chef by attending a cooking school. As she arrives she meets a man, Han Yi-Joon. It just so happens that the woman who taught Eun-Jae to cook was his mother and he has been looking for her. She decides to comfort him and they end up spending a lot of time together. Although they yet don't know it, they are beginning to fall in love and end up "making love." The next day, Yi-Joon leaves Eun-Jae for an unknown reason (until revealed later in drama.).. Later, Eun-Jae finds out that she is pregnant and decides that she must give up her dream and move back to Korea. Six (6) years later, as Yi-Joon is looking for a new chef for his restaurant, he runs into Eun-Jae. Since this moment, the drama unfolds as he begins to realize that he still has feelings for Eun-Jae and she for him. But what happens when Eun-Jae's best friend after 16 years gets in the way and is arranged to marry her while Yi-Joon's close sister/friend is desperate to make him love her that she even plans to torture Eun-Jae? And what will their families thing once they reveal who they really are to each other? Well you should totally find out by watching this drama ;]

Due to the fact that Seung-wan learns about his girlfriend two-timing him, he ends up spending the day with Se-jin. Drunk, and having to sleep in the same house, they both end up having a one-night-stand. Back in Korea, Se-jin discovers that she is pregnant. However, as she is about to tell Seung-wan, she realizes that he has a life going and he's madly in love with his girlfriend. For this reason, she leaves saying that she will be going to study aboard, and has the baby alone. As the year passes, Se-jin works hard to take care of her new born daughter, Shin-bi, and herself. However, as Se-jin is out one day, she asks her sister to take care of Shin-bi. Her sister shows up with Shin-bi at Seung-wan's father's birthday, telling them about everything. Although the grandfather is finally happy to hear that he will have a granddaughter, Seung-wan's girlfriend isn't and leaves him. Now, Se-jin and Seung-wan are forced to get married for the sake of their baby. Complicated love takes place, as Do-Hyuk starts to fall for Se-Jin, and so does Seung-Wan, though Se-Jin is more focused on her loving daughter, as something surprising happens to her. The rest of the story revolves around the family's journey in learning to take responsibility, and learning to love each other.

Truly AMAZING! If you're in the mood for watching a funny yet sad and romantic drama, then Stairway to Heaven is definitely a recommendation.
In each episode, you will experience the sadness of life, the difficulties in love, and the troubles of jealousy. However, if you're not the type that likes sad endings, then beware.

Synopsis: This drama tells a story of Jung-suh and Song-joo who grew up together. They were always there for each other through "thick and thin." After Jung-suh's mother died, she and her father were very devastated but Song-joo and his family were always there for them. After, Jung-suh's dad remarried Tae Mira and took in her two kids from her previous marriage, Tae-hwa and Yuri. Tae-hwa was very quiet and kept away from the family while Yuri was envious of the life Jung-suh led and was determined to take it all away from her. Tragedy begins when Song-joo goes oversees to study abroad and Jung-suh (because of her evil stepmother and sister) is forced to stay. Finally,Tae-hwa begins to open up to Jung-suh and eventually develop feelings for his stepsister, however Jung-suh still loves Song-joo. Five years later, Song-joo is coming back from America and while Jung-suh is on her way to meet him, she is involved in an accident and is later believed to be dead. Song-joo returns to America devastated and doesn't come back until 5 years later when he is also arranged to marry Yuri, Jung-suh's step sister. Meanwhile, Jung-suh is alive and living with Tae-hwa and his father. Jung-suh has lost her memory and does not remember anything from her past. She is led to believe that her parents died in a burning building. However, one day, Song-joo sees Jung-suh, but she claims that she doesn't know who he is and that he must have the wrong person, but Song-joo is determined to remind her of the love they once shared. Soon as fate seems to be on their side, Jung-suh finds out that she is diagnosed with eye cancer (her mom died of eye cancer as well) due to the accident 5 years ago.
