Hi, Thanks for stopping by =)
I am an average girl who likes to make friends. I am also shy which would be why you might not see me chat a lot, although I am trying to work on it.
I made this page using a lot of resources. I hope you find it interesting. If you have any comments about mistakes or how I could improve, feel free to tell me.
The banner is from Saiunkoku Monogatari, and the background image is from Natusume Yujinchou. I was able to make this profile with a lot of help from

Natsume Yujinchou
Natsume Yujinchou is about Natsume and his evolving relationship with youkais and humans around him. Each episode is complete, but it has a lot of depth. Although on the surface it seems similar to other youkai animes, this show definitely stand out mainly because here the youkai have the same feeling and emotions as a human.
So why do I like this show? It is mainly because it is very relaxing and heart warming. It is something that you would love to watch especially after a tiresome day. Natsume is normal, well as normal as a youkai seeing person can be. He isn't the sort of main character found in many other animes. He isn't surrounded by girls trying to get his attention, he isn't a quite yet popular guy in school. He has strengths, weaknesses and faults. He has a hard past and many bad experiences, but at present he is blessed with caring guardians and friends. He is learning and growing with each experience and person/youkai he meets.
I would recommend anyone to give this a try. It is available here on crunchyroll, although regionally restricted. You may not like the genre, but it won't do any harm to watch a few episodes :)

Baccano!
I haven't ever seen a show such as this! It is amazing and a lot of fun. It starts with the ending of the story and then narrates what happens before. But even when narrating the past events, it is not done so in a serial order. Within an episode, it jumps from year to year and character to character. It can get confusing, but I don't think it is very confusing to watch.
The style is different, the music is great. Just watch the opening and you will realized that this show is different from many other animes. It has numerous characters, each with their own looks and characteristics and you will grow to love nearly all of them. The story is like a puzzle; you know how it ends but once you see the past events unfold, you wonder how everything happened- how did they meet? how did people on opposing sides become friends?
You should give this show a try. Even though the story jumps around, in the end everything fits. There aren't loose ends and questions left unanswered. Do not watch just the first episode; I have heard of people who dropped it after that episode, but later after giving it a try, loved it.
Rurouni Kenshin

This anime has a special place in my heart. Ignoring all the childish animes out there like Pokemon, this would be the first anime that I watched when I was a teen. It made me aware that animes differ from other cartoon; they can have a very interesting and deep story.
Rurouni Kenshin is about an ex-assasin who after a long time of wandering decided to temporarily settle in Tokyo. The first main arc covered his encounters in Tokyo as he meets new people and makes friends. The second arc , the Kyoto arc, is my favorite and here the action picks up.
I said that this was the show that introduced me to the side of animes that I like. This is also the show where I learnt about how bad and destructive fillers can be. After the 'Kyoto Arc', the anime goes into a bunch of filler, some are okay but most are bad. If you ever watch this, I would recommend you to *not* watch from episode 64 onwards.
