Personality: Anti-heroic & Fiery-tempered but protects the innocent and takes risk, as intelligent as Batman & L

Infected or Non-Infected: Infected, like Alex Mercer, virus named BLUENEMESIS Virus strain XR-3591, but his claws and blades are all more razor sharp like Wolverine's Adamantium and, if Hattori 1st had Tyranium hard body like adamantium in wolverine, now the virus cause his tyranium hard body to be wayyyy harder! xD and add powers like Alex Mercer too, if Alex Mercer can run 100 MPH, Hattori can run like 300 mph, but can be upgraded, if alex mercer can carry 70-90 tons, Hattori can carry 215 tons.. he can jump higher too, higher than Alex.. but then he forgets everything but Hino-chan.. He can heal faster than Wolverine, he already has healing factor, its their kekkei genkai but now he heals faster, and it causes his radioactive chakra to become more powerful.. Unfortunately, he has a side effect, he has a physical backbone problem, like L from Death Note xD
