Random facts about myself here...
I love languages. I think languages are beautiful. Just the act of speaking is beautiful no matter what's being said. So far I've learned Croatian (haha - and of course if you're Croatian then you understand all the nearby languages like Slovenian, Serbian, Bosnian, Macedonian somewhat), English (easiest ever, just by watching TV shows cause thank God we are one of the countries that use subtitles instead of disgusting voiceovers like Italians or Germans), then I've learned Spanish by watching telenovelas (enough for basic conversation, but one day I'd like to take an actual course to remember what I've forgot), then Italian in high school for 4 years, but I don't remember much and I always confuse parts of it with Spanish. And I've had 3 years of Latin which was interesting and really helps with most European languages. What else? Aha of course I'm learning Japanese (freelance now, the course I took this year where I met toshiyaaaaaaaaaa is over now cause our daisuki-na teacher ditched us, boo-hoo). And one day I'd like to try Chinese and Korean (since hey I'm already learning kanji and Korean characters don't seem too hard after all that hiragana and katakana business). So yeah, languages rock and clearly I (used to) have a lot of free time!

Hmmm... I am a book-worm like Cheng said. I guess you have to be if you're studying literature since they make you read a book now and then. Used to be a geek but now I've devolved into otaku, oh noes!!!

Music is my only drug and what's keeping me sane. Love it. Can't go anywhere without my mp3, otherwise how'd I live through boring bus rides every day with stupid people blabbing their asses off?

And now a little joke about Japanese people in Brazil. Sao Paulo has a big percent of Japanese college students (my sister says 10 years ago it was about 16%). Apparently the average of people with Japanese last names that get into college is 3 times bigger than the actual Brazilians. The situation is so terrible for the Brazilians that they had to make a joke about it:

- Dad, what do I have to do to get into college?
- Well, son, study really really hard and kill at least one Japanese guy.

Hmmm, Sao Paulo... dunno where that is, but guess who wants to go there!
