K-ON! Gets my thumbs up! ( ^_^)b

Very Moe, cute, slice of life anime with witty nonsensical humour and mild fanservice in some episodes. It's about a girl named Yui who ends up joining a highschool music club, which was in danger of being disbanded due to the lack of members. The current members are quick to welcome her in, but soon discover that Yui has no former experience in music and can't play any instruments.

After the news breaks out Yui apologises and decides to withdraw from the club, but the members convince Yui to stay as a member, for the sake of keeping the club open. And this is where the story begins, each episode is filled with humour and randomness as you would expect from this type of anime, but ultimately you follow Yui and the rest of the members involvment in their daily club activities. Yui buys her first guitar and slowly learns to play, as each episode progresses, she manages to learn to play the guitar adequately in her own style.

With her new found skill along with the rest of the members all practising together, they all work towards creating a small band which will perform during the school festival.

The animation of how the characters first appear seem abit off, but you soon get use to it. The characters themselves each have their own distinct personailities, which you can easily identify with. And the sound track to this anime is really cool.

Overall i would say this is a highly entertaining, easy to watch and fun anime that is definately worth watching. And once you are done with the anime, you can still follow the on-going manga series.

Dark Side Cat is a thumbs up (^_^)b

A fun, creative short animation about a badass cat on the loose causing mischieve in town, the reasons behind it gets revealed in the latter episodes.

Each episode you find the cat involved in different situations involving humans during it's rampage in the city, but inadvertently the cat ends up helping the humans in their given predicament.

There isn't much else to this anime, except its a quick entertainment fix that will bring a smile to your face, the funky background music is pretty cool. It has a total of 6 episodes, each 6mins in length so you can easily watch it all in one sitting.
